Stepping inside you will be greeted by the view from the picture window, framing the vista across the Island and over to Man's Head, this, along with one of the two balconies, is the perfect place to sit back, relax and catch the sunrise and sunset over Porthmeor. On the same level is the twin bedroom, then stairs rise to the master bedroom, with sun patio, offering views across the rooftops to Godrevy, the ideal spot to sit with your morning coffee whilst you plan the day ahead. With a secure allocated space in the underground garage, parking needn't be a hassle, as you can come, and go, as you please, perfect for days out discovering this beautiful county.

Being only moments away from one of the five beaches that St Ives has to offer, you won't have far to go if you want to catch the surf, or spend the day relaxing on the beach. However, if beach life isn't for you, visit the iconic Tate Gallery, or stroll along to Fore Street and peruse the many shops, or stop for a coffee. For any keen walkers, you can join the stunning coastal path, which leads you from Porthmeor to Zennor, where you can then enjoy a pint at the Tinners Arms in Zennor, before hopping back on the bus to St Ives. We were very pleased with the apartment as it was perfectly clean and all the kitchen appliances seemed to be new. The double bed was very comfortable - very important! The shower was easy to use and had new towels. The view from the window was beautiful both of the bay and the island. All in all a perfect place to stay for the two of us to enjoy our holiday in St Ives.

This is a peaceful location in the centre of St Ives, with a fabulous view over the Island and the sea. When we arrived on the Friday evening the sun was just beginning to set and we sat on the balcony watching it go down; utterly beautiful, with jackdaws, gulls, and starlings flocking as the sun seemed to sit on the horizon then slowly disappear. A highly recommended place to stay, and we will be coming back next year.

Lovely views of porthmeor beach. Hearing & seeing the waves 24/7 is amazing. Great location, very well equipped & comfy beds. Two balconies to enjoy with chairs & loungers. Secure parking under is a real bonus with easy access to visit surrounding beauty spots. Being in heart of St Ives & all it has to offer is a dream.
