Number 34 is a beautiful, modern two bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the seaward side of the popular St Nicholas Court complex. With superb views overlooking Porthmeor beach from one of two balconies, you can dine al fresco watching the stunning sunset or check out the surf before jumping into your wetsuit. Head upstairs to find the other, south-facing, balcony, located off the double bedroom, perfect for your morning coffee. Your four legged friend is also more than welcome here, so you can make everlasting memories with the family. It's easy to venture out of St Ives and explore West Cornwall and beyond, knowing you have an allocated parking space to return to each evening.

We had a great 2 weeks at number 34. The views were fantastic and it's the best spot in town to watch the sunsets. High level of comfort and cleanliness.

We had a wonderful week with our dog at 34 St. Nicholas Court. The apartment is very pleasant and the view is fantastic - we saw numerous dolphins from the balcony, and watching the waves during the storms was great fun! Our dog loved being so close to the beach, which is only moments away. The apartment is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need if you like to cook (I cooked a Sunday roast just fine). There were plenty of soft towels, but we had to dry them in the spare twin room as the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work. Not a problem though as there was only two of us. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning to book for next year! Oh, and the parking space is a huge bonus!

We're so pleased that you found the apartment to have everything you required for your week away, though we are ever so sorry that the towel rail wasn't heating up for you. No 34 has fantastic views, very close to beach & walks for the dog. It was very clean, uncluttered and neutral, but had everything needed for a comfortable, wonderful week. Best dog-friendly place in St Ives, plus two balconies, car parking & laundry are certainly added extras. I will definitely be returning asap!

The flat was very well equipped and the location is superb. Lovely views from the lounge for guests who may not be able to manage the beach.

I have stayed in 34 a few times now and it really is a home from home. I have also recommended to a friend and she booked for Christmas! I know she is going to love it as much as I do, how can you not?!

Aspects are my go to every time I book a trip to St. Ives. I have stayed in St nicholas court every time I have visited and I have been visiting for nearly 30 years, my family have been going for nearly 40! It’s our home from home and any flat that is managed by aspects is as comfortable and welcoming as can be and I recommend them to everyone. I couldn’t ask for anything more when visiting my most favourite place on earth. Everyone is polite and they make everything so easy.

We loved this dog friendly property. Great location and the views of Porthmeor beach were fabulous.
It was very clean and had everything we needed.
The double bed was a bit hard for us but that’s personal preference. Having a parking space is a definite advantage as although it was out of season, the car parks were still very busy. This is our first time using Aspects and we weren’t disappointed. Great property and great service. We will definitely return.

Wonderful flat, gorgeous sea views St Nicholas Court is in a fabulous position so close to everywhere. This flat is really well equipped great kitchen, very comfortable beds and lovely bedding. We will definitely come back!!

Ah excellent apartment in a brilliant location - the parking is a huge plus and the sea views are something I simply didn’t want to leave behind. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment, even for cooking Christmas dinner. I could of happily stayed forever !

The property was spotlessly clean, bright and modern. The view over Porthmeor beach and the Island was stunning. We spent a couple of stormy afternoons just watching and listening to the sound of the waves. Great to have a parking space, fine for our Golf. It was 5 minutes to the galleries and restaurants of St Ives and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Great views & location at this lovely modern apartment but sadly we have been more comfortable on other holidays at St Nicholas Court.

We are sorry that you did not find this property quite as comfortable as other St Nicholas Court properties; things like mattresses, sofas and lighting preferences can be very specific to the individual, so it can be difficult for owners to furnish them in a way that will suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. Fantastic apartment in what I think is the best area to stay in st Ives . It has amazing views and our stay in this apartment has been one of our most memorable . We’ve been booking through Aspect for Six years and we’ve never had a bad holiday . Thanks once again .

Amazing location, very close to all the beaches. Views from the lounge balcony changes hourly and is a pleasure to watch. Balcony from the bedroom is a little sun trap too. Parking space an added bonus with plenty of room for our large car. A little gem in st ives.
