Beautiful property very cosy and well equipped with amazing views

We have stayed in a lot of Apartments in St Nicholas Court over the years and in our opinion 33 is the best! Very comfortable, quiet, clean and with a lovely outlook over the island and the sea. Very comfortable bed which is always a bonus. The owner provides a really generous welcome hamper which is much appreciated. The parking space is also great to have.

Always easy to book very friendly staff .any problems are sorted straight the way .But luckily never had any in all the years we have used Aspects.

The perfect location, with the best views. The apartment had everything we needed and felt like home from home. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch along with the added bonus of a parking space. We can not wait to come back.

The view was absolutely amazing. We've stayed in a few st ives properties and this one has been the best by far. The property was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. I looked to book again as soon as we walked in!

We have holidayed in St Ives for many years but this was our first year using Aspect Holidays. We found everything just as described and when a problem occurred with the water Sarah from the St Ives office dealt with it quickly and efficiently having a plumber on site straight away. She also helped us negotiate dates that weren’t readily available for a further stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Aspect again for future holidays or recommend them to others.

Fabulous accommodation, very clean and in a great location right by the beach. Parking included and easily accessible. Quiet and friendly complex to stay, would recommend to friends and family.

We have stayed in this apartment for many years. It is always a lovely feeling when we return. Such a well thought out range of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Just wish the steps stopped getting harder to climb ??

What a wonderful property! One of the best - spotlessly clean, well-maintained, extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We had dreadful weather but it didn’t matter because the flat was warm and cosy and we could sit and watch the waves and the surfers. The views are amazing. The location is perfect too - seconds away from Porthmeor Beach and minutes from the centre of town with its lovely shops, restaurants, cafes and galleries. Finally it has a reserved secure parking spot which is always a huge plus in St Ives - maybe a bit small if you have a large car, but absolutely fine for a Ford Fiesta. As usual, Aspects personal efficient service was wonderful. We can thoroughly recommend both Aspects and no.33 St Nicholas Court. Thank you.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a great holiday, the location is fabulous with great views and is right next to Porthmeor beach. Amazing week and seeing so many dolphins (most of the week) was a highlight. The welcome hamper was pretty special too. Thank you.

33 St Nicholas Court is a superbly located well presented and equipped property. I would highly recommend for all able bodied people. Those with mobility issues may find access via the multiple separate flights of stairs difficult to negotiate.

Being a second-floor apartment, there are a few steps to negotiate, and whilst there is a chair lift that can be used with prior arrangement that only goes up to the first floor, so those with limited mobility will definitely need to bear this in mind. A lovely flat in an amazing position. Nothing better than being able to see and listen to the sea. Would highly recommend

33 St Nicholas Court was in a perfect spot, with 2 balconies (1 looking over the sea, the other over the internal garden) and just a few minutes walk down into St Ives. Fab beach cafe just 5 mins away too.

The property was spotless and had everything we needed for the holiday. The underground carpark has a real bonus.

We'd stop here again in a blink.

Wonderful one bedroom apartment with amazing views over Porthmeor and secure parking Thoughtfully equipped and furnished to provide every comfort. We have been visiting St Ives for many, many years and stayed in a variety of cottages and flats but No 33 is a real favourite & we will definitely return.

33 St Nicholas Court is smart well equipped apartment with great views over Porthmeor beach. We stayed for a week in a cold wet October but the flat was warm and comfortable.

33 St Nicolas Court is ideal for a couples holiday. Well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing break. Ideally located with a parking space in secure garage for a small car. The property is nicely decorated giving it a light, modern feel. Beautiful white cotton bedding and quality pillow and duvets are perfect for a good nights sleep.

Light, bright, airy and comfortable. Sundeck upstairs is a suntrap and not overlooked. The balcony downstairs has one of the best views in Cornwall.
