A lovely place to stay and a couple of minutes walk to Fore Street and the rest of St Ives. Steep hill on the way back but that is like most of St Ives and is good to work off what you have just indulged in ! Managed to park in Barnoon car park which is a minute walk from the property, so ideal, however the Leisure Centre or Rugby club are not far away either. Everything you need is provided and we had a super stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week at 3 Seabirds House. It felt like home and we were sorry to leave. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and so on (with sharp knives for food prep). It's a nice location for getting to any part of St Ives on foot - be ready for the hills/steps, obviously! There's a lovely view in both directions.

The location is perfect, close to the beaches and the town. Being at the top of the hill also provided the ability to work off some calories!

Inside the property was decorated impeccably, comfy bed, good shower room (the shower enclosure is small but also adequate), decent kitchen with everything provided you may need, and gorgeous living room with a cracking view of the harbour - particularly beautiful at sunrise!

We've used a lot of Aspects properties over the years and this was one of the best, great flat at a fantastic value. We will certainly be returning.

Lovely little apartment, ideal for a short break for 2. Great location with view of harbour. Bathroom very small but adequate for a few nights. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed & sofa. Great value

Fantastic location for town and car park, although some may find the steep walk difficult (we didn't). Comfortable, nicely decorated accommodation with everything supplied for a short stay. Bedroom and ensuite were tight for space but the shower did have fantastic pressure.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at 3 Seabirds, the apartment is really nicely decorated fresh and bright and gives a lovely holiday vibe as soon as you walk in. Plenty of cooking equipment and other household items to help with your stay. A great view from the living room window to have breakfast or morning coffee especially as the sun was beaming in when we stayed. The location was perfect for us as we like to have a car park close by, although on top of the hill it’s manageable. A good workout after sampling the local Cornish pasty and we appreciate a lot of St Ives and surrounding area is hilly. We would definitely stay at the apartment again and I have already recommended it to family and friends.

3 seabirds is a nice size property for a 1 bedroom and price. The kitchen is well equipped. It was worth what we paid but should be noted that although it’s close to barnoon car park which is great the apartment is situated on a very steep hill. The walk from any amenities including beach restaurants shops is quite challenging. Overall was a good stay

'Seabirds' consisted of a ground floor self contained apartment plus four further self contained apartments with a communal hallway.

Our apartment Number 3 on the first floor had been recently redecorated and was clean, well equipped comfortable and close to the beach and all amenities. The owner had gone to much trouble adorning the walls with local artwork and personal possessions and also providing local craft soft furnishings to add that finishing touch.

We were fortunate that St Ives was holding its September Festival and many concerts were taking place in the local church

The price of this apartment for the two of us for a week was very reasonable and it made an ideal base for visiting the locality

I booked from overseas and found 3 Seabirds House through the St Ives School of Painting, where I had enrolled for a course. It was a great location for the School, The Tate Gallery and the Barbara Hepworth Garden. A delightful view from a small window was an artistic inspiration and the maze of tiny streets and alleyways a delight, once I had learned the way!

Lovely apartment, at the top of a steep hill but such a handy spot, for accessing beaches and centre of St Ives. The apartment is small but has everything you could possibly need. Great apartment for two people travelling lightly. Parking was not an issue as we always use the Rugby Club if apartment has no parking.
