29 St Nicholas Court is a light, spacious, apartment sleeping six guests and is advantageously located, for the best views, on the second floor of this popular complex of apartments. Views of the stunning Porthmeor beach can be enjoyed from the kitchen, sitting room and double bedrooms, and you have the luxury of your own private balcony to relax on too, especially as the sun sets over the beach of an evening, offering some of the most beautiful red skies you'll have ever seen. The neutral colour theme within, with splashes of sea blue furnishings, flow beautifully throughout and the large dining table accommodates all guests for breakfast, lunch or dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is in the heart of St Ives, providing easy access to all five of the town's golden sandy beaches, the local delis, bakeries and restaurants, shops, and boutiques. The private parking spaces encourage you to come and go with ease, explore towns, beaches, and coastal walks, further afield, with the reassurance you don't have to search for a space on your return, and staying in 29 St Nicholas Court means you are lucky enough to have not one, but two allocated spaces!

This is a fantastic property with amazing views. Very spacious and comfortable. Great for visiting St Ives and the surrounding areas.

We had a larger car and wouldn’t have been able to park another car in the additional parking space. Despite this the property was perfect.

Really miss the wonderful views and sound of the sea!

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in this stunning flat. The views were beautiful and for a people watcher - the location was perfect. We could pop out for an ice cream or coffee with everything we needed within a few minutes walk. Aspects were brilliant to deal with as usual, we book through them often. Already booked St Nicholas Court again for next year and cannot wait!

Excellent location and spacious, but looking rather tired and dated, with corroded windows that donot open properly. Can be noisy from street activities in the early morning (bin lorries, for example).

Thank you for sending in your comments, though we were sorry to read that you had been disappointed with some areas. The style of décor/furnishing may not be to everyone's tastes, but we do hope that this was what was expected from the photos. Your comments are automatically passed on to the property owners for their consideration though and we will continue to monitor for any further feedback on the décor and furnishings. Having received this feedback, we have had a chat with the property owner to authorise trades attending to the patio doors. Being right on the seafront, metal parts corrode very quickly, but we will always follow up and assist owners as soon as we have any issue reported. In this case the doors needed new wheels which are now on order and will be replaced as soon as they arrive. Thanks for letting us know and we hope that you still enjoyed your time here. Excellent in all respects. Fabulous view, very quiet, very well equipped, very comfortable beds, good car parking space.

The premium position of this accommodation makes it worth the trip up several flights of stairs. It has been refurbished and is very light and airy. Great in all weathers and perfect for people spotting and relaxing on the balcony.

Just returned another great holiday in St Ives, this time staying at 29 St Nicholas Court. The location could not have been better, with fabulous views over Porthmeor beach from the kitchen, living room and two of the three bedrooms. We swam in the sea every morning off Porthgwidden beach, just two minutes away. It was very convenient also to have two allocated spaces in the car park. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. So glad Aspects flagged it up when it first came onto their books. Sue Crisp

Great location and amazing views. Spacious lounge and comfy beds.

They say it's all about location! This accommodation is perfectly located, and it is comfortable and well equipped, but it also has what must be the very best view in St Ives! A lovely place to stay and we hope to return again.

Amazing sea views and sitting in the comfy chairs in the window was just the best!!

We wanted a place with a view of the sea. It did not disappoint in any way.
