Situated on the slipway side of this popular complex, this second floor apartment offers superb sea views. The kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom are all at entrance level. Separate sitting room (with extra sleeping accommodation) is upstairs with private balcony and patio furniture where views of Porthmeor beach can be enjoyed. Ideally placed, the beach is just moments away and St Ives town is within a five minute walk with its wealth of restaurants, pubs, bistros and galleries.

This apartment had everything including a view spectacular. Very comfy beds and luxury towels make it a home from home. Lovely beachy bits and made use of the carrier boxes for the beach. The car parking was the icing on the cake.
Very well equipped. Good range of pots and pans. Would have liked a coffee machine to use. But no worries as I had bought mine with me!.

We enjoyed a five day break at 27 St Nicholas Court in November to celebrate a special birthday. The apartment was warm, well-furnished and comfortable, with lovely beachfront views, and was also excellent value for money. The car parking space was an additional bonus. This property is particularly good if you are staying out of season as, unlike so many others, it offers stays based on days, rather than weeks. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment, great views, within a short distance to beaches, shops and places to eat. Got it all really.

No 27 St Nicholas Court was delightful, with a perfect view of Porthmeor beach and over to clodgy point. Sunsets are amazing from this area. The apartment is very comfy the lounge is cozy and relaxing. The kitchen very well equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Access to the laundry area was great. The garage is safe for your vehicle and easily accessible. The Beautiful surroundings in the grounds of the court and all around the complex with access to the beach and The Island. We had a fabulous stay here, thank you.

St Nicholas Court is brilliantly located with views over Porthmeor beach and has the huge benefit of a car parking space. No 27 has views over the beach from the Kitchen/Dining and a large terrace overlooking the beach from the upstairs lounge. It’s generally a spacious apartment but the bedroom is small and two single beds are a disappointment.

Have been with aspects for approx. 10 years and have been very happy with the service and the properties.
St Nicholas court is a wonderful location, near to shops, harbour and right on the beach! Parking is safe and secure.

Immaculately clean and comfortable with a stunning view looking over porthmeor beach and quick easy access on foot to the other beaches and harbourside in St Ives. Two flights of stairs to access the apartment so anyone with mobility issues must consider this. Just steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk from St ives harbour shops and restaurants.

Lovely location, secure parking, (a definite advantage) nice property.

Enjoyed our stay at 27 st Nicholas Court Couldn't fault anything, the only thing that wasn't good to us was the weather but you can't book that.

Excellent position with magnificent views.

Stunning views, very central and yet quiet location, only metres away from two beaches, the parking is secure and convenient being right under the property. The joining instructions were perfect and a lovely touch to find a welcoming card and a few basics in the kitchen, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits.

Excellent service from Aspects staff. In particular; we arrived on the evening there had been a fire which resulted in road closures. Fortunately, a member of Aspects staff spotted us and gave us clear instructions on how to negotiate through town to 27 Nicholas Court. The apartment lived up to expectations. We very much enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending Aspects and this particular apartment.

Excellent location, safe secure parking on site, beautifully equipped apartment, very clean and cosy. We absolutely can not fault the apartments we have rented in St Nicholas Court, and will be coming again next year.

The property is very well situated and the rooms are well organised.

The kitchen/diner is very well provided for, and clean and tidy. Good facilities - toaster, fridge, washing facilities and excellent range of crockery, mugs etc.

The upstairs is fantastic. very comfortable seating and access to the balcony. Warm and comfortable. Excellent provision of radios as well as TVs. The balcony is a real asset, and offers restive views as well as an excellent place to read, photograph etc.

Spotlessly clean and a fantastic location. We would definitely book again.

This apartment is in an amazing location - you can see and hear the sea all the time and it constantly changes. The location is brilliant too. A short walk to everything in the town, to the Tate and easy access to coastal walks.

The flat was in the perfect spot for getting into St Ives in minutes. It was very well equipped and outstanding views. We loved it so much we booked for next year before we left.
