The view is great and you can sit and watch the waves all day. However the flat does feel a little old fashioned and would benefit from the owners spending a few days living as a guest as this would allow them to check the kitchen had everything required. The uneven pebble floor in the bathroom is odd.

We have discussed your comments with the owner's housekeeper and will pass on your feedback to the owner as well so that they can consider any suggestions for future improvements. Thank you again for your feedback. Phoebe, Customer Services

Lovely clean & comfortable apartment with fantastic view, which helps if the weather is bad. Well equipped & a good size fridge freezer. Not sure the bed is a king size though but it was nice & comfy anyway??. Parking spaces are a bit tight but still a great bonus in St Ives. Would definitely recommend

It's great to hear that you had an enjoyable stay at 11 St Nicholas Court; those views are really something, aren't they?! We can confirm that the bed in bedroom 1 is a king, with king-sized linen, perfect for sinking into after a long day exploring, so we hope this is what you were expecting. We know just how highly sought after parking spaces are in St Ives, so we try to advertise the measurements for the space as clearly as possible in the property description. While some larger cars may find this a tight fit, we are pleased that you still agree it is an added bonus for the property! Katy, Customer Services.

Amazing apartment with great view - lovely to hear the waves and be so close to the beach. Would be back for sure.

Spacious lounge with amazing views over Porthmeor Beach and the island. Well equipped kitchen with super fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Spacious, airy, warm (for winter) and spotlessly clean flat, will so miss the amazing views. We stayed in November and everywhere was so quiet, in-fact the quietest in the 40 years we’ve been coming to St Ives. Very well equipped and comfortable flat, really didn’t want to leave and go home and felt totally relaxed.Amazing service from Aspect Holidays with a little maintenance issue which was fixed within a couple of hours of reporting it. Hope to stay again.

Fantastic views from a spacious apartment that has everything you could need for a holiday, snuggle seat by the window is fantastic i could spend hours looking at the view if the weather is not so good.

A picture perfect sea view location. A vacation for perfect relaxation. It matters not what the weather is like. The best bit it has a rare and perfect underground car park for this area. Shops are walking distance away, a maze of little alleys of short cuts to explore. Try the pasty, fish & chips, fudge and ice-cream but not all at the same time lol ??. Watch out for the seagulls! Enjoy the sea view on a very comfortable revolving armchair by the picture window. There is a launderette in the building. They have almost everything else, so this is really a home away from home, except lots of toilet rolls. We will certainly recommend this place.

This is the third stay in this flat. The accommodation is always clean and tidy and the on-site parking is a bonus. It is minutes away from two beaches and shops and eateries. We’ve booked again for next year. If any problems just pop in and see the staff in the office, they are a friendly bunch.

NO.11 ST NICHOLAS COURT IS WELL FURNISHED AND IN AN EXCELLENT POSITION FOR SUPERB VIEWS.

The Aspects office was very helpful when moved flats as we went from no . 11 to no 29 . I had noticed that we were missing bath mats which they had in the office . It might useful to have the office open more than just a Saturday.

We had a lovely two weeks in Flat 11 ! Lovely flat with great views. Very clean on arrival ! The internet needs an upgrade but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Perfect location for a great holiday in St. Ives. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with an amazing view. Highly recommended.

Lovely and spacious, very comfortable, fabulous views. It’s very peaceful and quiet , apart from the lovely sound of the sea.
