The Flying Pilchard is a great little holiday let in a great location , there’s no reason I wouldn’t stay again .

Wonderful home and Aspects were really professional as usual. Highly recommend both.

We had a fabulous time, thoroughly recharges batteries.
Bad weather no problem as we relaxed in the house with a book and had a lovely time.

Couldn't ask for more.

Warm, cosy & clean. Good location, close to the harbour. The little shop just across the road was useful for when we needed to top up our shopping. Close to the car park, which made arriving/leaving easy. We love St Ives and come here as often as we can during the winter months, this was our first time staying at the flying pilchard and it didn’t disappoint.

We had a lovely holiday in the Flying Pilchard. Very comfortable and spacious property.
Comfy bed and sofas.
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We have stayed at many aspect cottage over the last 15yrs but i must say this was the nicest because it was spacious, quiet, location fab, spotless . Bed was very was just great .will be booking the flying pilchard again.

We had a lovely week staying in the flying pilchard it was spacious really clean and comfortable. I particularly like the big bathroom. Everything is in the doorstep.Norway stores is just opposite which is so handy. Couldn’t fault anything.

Wonderful 4th stay at the flying pilchard . Location and accommodation for two people perfect. We did have some housekeeping issues , which were addressed by aspects as soon as we contacted them . Would be nice if you re introduced the welcome pack as this was sadly missing . Cornish biscuits , tea, milk, cake would be nice . It’s the little things that make the greatest impact .

Good Location for access to beaches, walks, restuarants and the Town.

Lovely cottage in a perfect location in St Ives. Nicely decorated and felt spacious. Great for having a young baby and a small dog. Concerns we had during our stay about construction work happening to the building opposite the cottage were dealt with in an excellent manner by both Aspects and the cottage owner!

Our stay at the flying pilchard st Ives Was amazing. Brilliant location, nice and quiet yet 2 mins walk to harbour. Clean and tidy most of all very cosy cottage and would choose accommodation again it was fantastic, could not fault anything about aspect holidays or accommodation Loved it .??

Good location within easy reach of beaches and Fore Street. Basic property sadly in need of a bit of a refurb.

Thank you for your helpful comments. We have passed them on to the owner, who has a lot of plans for the property over the next few months, so we are certain that she will be keen to hear your thoughts and bear them in mind for when work is being carried out. Many thanks. Tanya, Customer Services

Lovely cottage great location so close to everything. We will be staying again.

Perfect location for exploring all the benefits of St Ives but nice and quiet position. Cosy and comfortable and ideal for a couple.

The Flying Pilchard is perfect for a winter stay! Close to the beach and quiet enough in Autumn/winter to enjoy St Ives without it being too busy.

Great location, very comfortable, brilliant it takes dogs and Aspects are a top company to deal with. Many thanks. Would stay here again, will recommend to others, brilliant service and welcome pack from Aspects.

Excellent stay at The Flying Pilchard! A beautiful little property a stones throw from Porthmeor beach, 3 mins walk to the harbour. Very clean, modern and bright inside and brilliant service from Aspects. A great find!

Lovely home in a perfect area of St. Ives. We would definitely long as renovations are not going on at the same time as our next visit.

We are glad that you liked the Flying Pilchard, and although we spoke to you at the time of your stay, we would again like to apologise for the disturbances caused by the roofing works taking place on the neighbouring property. Had we been aware of this before your arrival, we would have pre-warned you, and we are very sorry that we had not had that opportunity. Unfortunately, in a residential area like this, it can come up from time to time without warning, but we are happy to read that it has not put you off returning to The Flying Pilchard. Lovely cottage very quiet and good location.

Wonderful location that allowed us to explore St Ives easily. Cosy property which would be perfect if it had any form of parking.

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed The Flying Pilchard. Parking is unfortunately at a premium in St Ives, with many properties not having this facility. For those without this facility, it is always worth looking into parking options beforehand on the local council website and looking into private parking availability, particularly for peak weeks. There is also a park and ride facility which some find useful. Please feel free to contact the team for any advice. Thanks for your comments, and we hope to see you back here soon. Just returned from our second visit to the flying pilchard and it did was fab, it is in such a fab location, lovely warm ,clean and spacious property will definatly return

A beautiful and very comfortable cottage, perfectly located for all the best in St Ives.

Lovely cosy cottage, tastefully furnished ,central for beach ,harbour &very well stocked shop almost on doorstep!!!! Yet tucked away from hustle &bustle.

lovely place to stay and the neighbours are friendly

This cottage is very comfortable and clean, everything was perfect, highly recommend it.

The Flying Pilchard is light and spacious, equipped to a high standard. It is perfectly positioned for The Tate, the town and several of the beaches. A real bonus is Norway Stores, quaint but amazingly well stocked and only 50 yards away.
