Wow! St Nicholas Cottage is a truly magnificent property in the heart of St Ives. Once inside, it's apparent how much of a treasure it really is. As well as being fabulously interior designed from top to bottom, it boasts sea views, a parking space and is just metres from Porthgwidden beach - you could even stroll to the beach with your morning cup of tea.
Whisk yourself and your friends and family away, to come to together and enjoy this warm, welcoming and elegant property. St Nicholas Cottage is perfect for extended family, special celebrations or smaller parties looking for that something special. There are five beautiful bedrooms, all very comfortable and some have both sea views and en suites. There is also a snug, with sofa bed, where the children can get together and watch their favourite film, while the rest of you enjoy a bottle, or two, in the sitting area downstairs. On other nights you can all get together outside and cook up a storm for barbeque suppers and evening sundowners. You'll also find some of the most delectable restaurants in the town, which are just moments away from the front door. After a day of soaking up the sun on the beach, you'll be so excited to open the doors of your temporary home, put your feet up and relax even more! We believe that St Nicholas Cottage is going to be an extremely popular choice with guests, so make sure you get booked up quickly!

A lovely cottage which is well furnished and located close to all beaches and the town. Aspects were very responsive and helpful and provided great customer service. We were very impressed.

Had a lovely holiday in St Ives despite the awful weather (Storm Alex). The cottage is in a good location for beaches and town and the parking is an added bonus. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay although it was a little bit too big for just the two of us! During these difficult times I would suggest you plan ahead and book restaurants in advance as we struggled on a couple of occasions to find anywhere with availability - some places were booked up for the whole week.

St Nicholas Cottage suited my family holiday perfectly . Its like a tardis inside and we were very impressed. Home from Home. Very close to all beaches and parking close by if needed, though it does have parking for 1 car. A lovely furnished cottage. Very comfy beds. Eating area outside (weather permitting). We would and will be staying there again.
Mr Cunane Sep 2020
St. Nicholas Cottage is the perfect property for a family holiday catering, in our case, for 3 generations. We have just completed our 7th year in the cottage and have booked to stay there again next year!
Mrs O'Donnell Jul 2020
Superb cottage within easy walking distance of the main street and the Island. Our group would definitely go again.
Mrs Webb Mar 2020

Mr Wearmouth Aug 2019
St Nicholas Cottage is perfect in everyway, the property is ideally positioned, always immaculate in everyway - just a perfect holiday home. Shipsey Family Salisbury.
Ms Shipsey Aug 2019
St Nicholas Cottage was simply a fantastic find after a couple of years of not quite getting it right this one was brilliant! Big enough for 10 with space enough to spread out and have games in one area and a debate going on in another and tv in another! Beautifully appointed, modern yet quirky layout two stairways led to much confusion and kids saying they were going to bed to reappear in another part of the house and not in bed at all! Close enough to Porthmeor to pop to beach in bare feet, or set up camp not far to cart gear; parking space for one made it easier to ferry gear from other cars parked up by the Tate or fire station. All mod cons in kitchen, BBQ outside, place for beach boards and dry kit as well as sit out and enjoy a glass of bubbly! Great for ages 12 to 85, we will be back!
Mrs Everall Aug 2019
St Nicholas is amazing - we’ve stayed more than once, new owners have improved things even more. Space for everyone, incredibly clean and well maintained. Fabbest location and parking - can’t beat it ????
Mrs Jackson Aug 2019
This well furnished cottage is an excellent location for a family beach holiday.
Mr Clarke Jul 2019
Another lovely family holiday in St. Nicholas Cottage which provides excellent and very comfortable accomodation for three generations ranging from the ages of 5 to 81! Everything that anyone could possibly want is within easy walking distance, especially Porthgwidden Beach and the beach cafe, the Norway Stores for morning croissants and the Mermaid Restaurant (the granchildren's favourite place to eat!)
Mrs O'Donnell Jul 2019
Really enjoyed our stay at St Nicholas cottage. Just a short walk to beaches & town. Would like to return if downstairs toilet was installed.
Mrs Wood Jun 2019
St Nicholas cottage was the perfect place to stay as a large group of us. The cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The outside courtyard was a great addition for evening meals in the sunshine. The cottage was in the perfect location. With the added bonus of a parking space.
Mr Carter Jun 2019
This is a beautiful cottage on three levels. It is situated in a lovely quiet area but just a few minutes walk from Porthgwidden Beach and The Island and a few more minutes to Porthmeor for the Tate and the beach. The parking space was big enough for an estate car and for extra guests it is only a short walk from the Island car park. Norway Stores is only a few minutes walk away for extra supplies.. .
Mrs Pomeroy May 2019
Fantastic property, close to the centre of St.Ives and near to all of the beaches. Very luxurious with great fittings and equipment. Added bonus of a parking space!
Mr Smith May 2019
Stunning property which I would recommend to anyone.

You have to go through the front door of St Nicholas Cottage to really appreciate what a true holiday treasure it is.
Ms Shipsey Aug 2018
This is a wonderful property, the best we have stayed in in St Ives (this was our 8th visit). Proximity to the beach, parking, gorgeous house AND an outdoor space makes this property pretty perfect!!
Mrs Morgan Aug 2018
St Nicholas Cottage is wonderful. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and the whole family loved it. The location is brilliant, we had a 2 min. walk to our favourite beach and not much longer to get down to the harbour.
