Excellent little cottage in perfect location and parking space very useful

Aspects provide an excellent service by pleasant very efficient staff, who always go the extra mile to help us if we have any issues, which we rarely do. We couldn't have hoped for better accommodation.

Rose End Cottage is a delightful property in the prefect location for access to beaches and the town. Highly recommended for anyone who is happy with a few steps as the property is on 4 floors.

We had a brilliant week at Rose End cottage. The location couldn't be better and the house is nicely furnished.

The stairs were manageable even with a 3year old but might be a challenge with younger toddlers who still require a stair gate. The parking space is very convenient and we managed with a Kia Niro which is a small/mid sized SUV but I wouldn't recommend anything bigger

Love this cottage. We've stayed a few times now and will definitely return. It's in the perfect location (in the middle of everything but not noisy) 2 mins to sea, coffee and the shops. Really well stocked and feels more like a home than a holiday let. Plus, it has parking.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Rose End Cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and warm in the cottage. There was everything we needed. So close to everything, especially the beaches. Huge amount of choice for eating out. St Ives is an absolutely beautiful place. We did have a problem with the beds on the top floor, the slates were so flimsy that they just fell through. So both my boys ended up sleeping on the mattresses on the floor ?? We did mention this but nothing was done about it. Other than this we had a great time.

Overall a really lovely cottage to stay in with all the facilities and comfort you'd want on holiday, but the best part of staying at Rose End Cottage is its location, part way between the harbour and Fore Street to the left, and Porthmeor Beach to the right, perfection, and the reason why we've keep coming back year after year.

Fabulous cottage in a perfect location for the beaches and shops. Ideal parking very close to the cottage and the view from the little window in the attic room made my sons day. He couldn’t wait to look at the harbour tide position every morning and report the weather back to us before we left for a fun filled day. A bit noisy some evenings but nothing we didn’t expect with the location and the front bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and it was lovely to eat breakfast with the back door open listening to the sounds of the day starting. Will be back as soon as humanly possibly

Lovely place in a great location. Parking is a plus. And close by. Stairs may hinder the less able including the first step. It’s a big one! Happy to recommend this lovely abode.

Rose Cottage is a wonderful home away from home. Beautifully decorated, super clean, spacious, very comfortable and in an amazing location right in the middle of St. Ives. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Rose End cottage. Great location and having a parking space was very useful. We found the cottage to be very cosy and well equipped but beware of steep stairs for younger/older guests. Lovely kitchen and living area.

The property is brilliantly located within St Ives. Be aware that the steep steps throughout the property are not suitable for anyone with knee problems or mobility issues. The beds are extremely comfortable but the single bed slats fell out easily so no jumping around on them!

Another great stay - gorgeous house. Immaculately clean, really comfortable bed, great location - in the middle of everything but quiet. Love the kitchen - feels very homely. We'll definitely book again !

Gorgeous house and more spacious than expected. Really comfortable bed. Great location just a couple of mins from the beach, shops and restaurants but really quiet ( we were there at Xmas). Loved it - would highly recommend and will definitely rebook.

Fab location with parking a real plus. Lovely, well equipped and clean home over 4 floors. Stairs quite steep so not great for those with mobility problems. Twin beds on the small side so more suited to children than adults. Recommend the bakery 30 yards from the front door for breakfast. Ideal location for restaurants, shopping, galleries and beaches.

Rose end cottage was a lovely stay and was in a great location. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Aspects was really easy to book with and helpful with any questions!

Location was amazing, 2 mins from beach in 1 direction and 2 mins from shops in the other. cleaners were lovely and very helpful. House bigger than most other houses we visited with friends

The cottage was well presented and comfortable for our family of 4, in a great location in the centre of St Ives. We loved being within walking distance of everything and popping to the shops or delis. St Ives was very crowded the week we stayed, so it was useful to have such a well located cottage for cooking meals or eating takeaways.

Beautiful cottage in Excellent location, so close to the harbour , beaches and restaurants yet still quiet with lovely sun trap out front to enjoy late afternoon glass of wine! Very well equipped and lovely decor Good and prompt service from Aspects when we had minor issue with shower/ bath not draining well and our request for softer pillows! Parking a bonus, very nearby, bit tricky to get our out car in and out but we managed ok We would love to stay here again and bring our little dog next time but sadly told pets are not welcome.

Rose End Cottage was everything we wanted from our stay in St Ives. Comfortable and clean, with a lovely cosy kitchen. And most importantly... 1) a perfect location for beach and shops 2) parking (a must in St Ives). Two potential watchouts (which didn't spoil our stay, and may be unavoidable if you want to stay in this park of the town)... 1) the property is over 4 floors with narrow / steep stairs, which isn't totaly clear in the description, so maybe less good if you have mobility issues. 2) parking is challenging to say the least, even more so if you have a large vehicle.

We love Rose End Cottage. This was our second stay and would not hesitate to recommend. Absolutely perfect location, added bonus of parking nearby (we won't book without it). The house is comfortable, has lovely decor and really comfy beds. We had a lovely stay here and will return.

Cottage exactly as described. Fantastic location, very central to shops, restaurants and beaches. We stayed as a couple and had bags of room, a family of 4 would also have plenty of room in this cottage.

Lovely cottage, amazing location! The parking space so close by is a massive bonus! Even though your so close to town the street was nice and quiet. Loved the fact you’re so close to everything that’s going on and all the lovely food! Will definitely be returning soon! :)

A lovely cottage in an excellent location with the bonus of nearby garage parking. However the less abled should be aware that there are steep narrow stairs throughout.

Rose end cottage is just perfect. Glorious location seconds from everywhere, so convenient, yet so quiet (other than the sea gulls!) The best equipped kitchen we’ve stayed in and everywhere immaculately clean.

A beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean cottage right in the heart of St. Ives.

Fantastic location near to Fore Street and yet is so quiet considering how close it is to the hustle and bustle. Also only a very short walk to the wonderful Porthmeor beach and the artist's quarter. To truly feel part of St Ives you couldn't choose a cottage better located. Perfect.

Rose End Cottage was an absolute delight to stay in during our holiday in St Ives, by far the best cottage we have stayed in. It is decorated to a very high standard and well equipped. The parking space was very close by, more so than others we have stayed in, making the unloading process pain free. The cobbled street is very quiet for St Ives, having stayed along the Digey it is far quieter yet only one street along, and steps from the shops. The cottage was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable! We loved staying here and will definitely return.

We have booked holidays to St Ives through Aspects a number of times now, and yet again we were very happy. Really good interaction with staff when needed, and the cottage was great. Looking forward to staying there again next October.

We have been to St.Ives every year for 12 years and Rose Cottage has to be one of the most perfectly situated cottage to the main life of the harbour, beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 4, with a child of 4 and 8 and the property had everything to suit all the family. I would highly recommend this property.

This was the first holiday booked through Aspect Holidays and we were very impressed with the service, advice, friendliness and accuracy of the description of the property. The property was exactly as described. As we walked through the door it was everything we hoped for and more. It was extremely clean, tastefully decorated whilst retaining its charm and character of a time gone by. The location was superb, down the charming cobbled street of Bunkers Hill. It was peaceful, whilst still being at the heart of St Ives. It was in easy reach (2 mins) of the Harbour, Porthmeor Beach, shops and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for more! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are smitten with both St Ives and Rose End Cottage, we can't wait to return! Thank you!

Not suitable for elderly, young children or anyone with strength or balance issues due to the three flights of very steep stairs.

Fab location. Lovely decor. V comfy beds so had great night sleep. Would recommend cottage. Best one we have stayed in so far. Well equipped too.

Extremely helpful and friendly members of staff. We felt no pressure what so ever to book through you which was a refreshing change. We were give. Lots of options, any questions were answered either immediately or we got a call back. Both offices were very welcoming even telling us about a group of dolphins that had just appeared y the harbour so we could run out to see them. We will definitely book through Aspect again. Rose Cottage was delightful, warm and cosy and perfect to have the parking. Just one thing on the directions it mentioned The Tate Tearooms I think it's in fact Bumbles Cafe, worth checking as we rather stumbled upon the garage. Many thanks.

The cottage was beautiful and perfect for us. It is in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of everything St. Ives has to offer. The parking space was an added bonus too. We would highly recommend a holiday at Rose End Cottage and hope to be back soon.

The cottage superseded our expectations. The property is beautifully decorated and cosy, the cottage has a warm and inviting feel. The kitchen is nothing short of beautiful and the layout of the property is quirky and well thought out. The location could not be any better; minutes from the beach and bustling high street. The beds are very comfortable - especially the double! The two bedrooms are suitable for adults (maybe one smaller adult for the smaller of the single beds). The extra touches made us feel right at home - lots of towels, milk in the fridge, biscuits, and board games and DVDs.

Perfect holiday - lovely people and lovely food! So glad we booked this cottage, it really is as beautiful as the pictures.

Lovely spacious well equipped cottage in a fabulous location... The best in St Ives we've stayed in so far and we've stayed in many. Would definitely recommend a stay at Rose End Cottage.

Rose End Cottage is a lovely 4-storey house with a room at each floor, making it fun to live in on hoildays. Kitchen is perfect for cooking and eating as well as working... should you be in touch with the office. The lounge is small, yet lovely and features a PS3 taht the children will unmistakenly love. The bedrooms above have each their character. A beautiful property.

We have previously stayed in similar properties within St Ives, usually booked through Cottage-boutique. Rose End Cottage has been by far the best, stylish and most comfortable. Our holiday has been made all the more special and we are likely to book Rose End Cottage for next year.
