The open plan living area creates the ideal space to relax and unwind after a long sunny day on the beach. Following a peaceful nights sleep, wake up to stunning views across the harbour from bedroom one, whilst the twin beds in bedroom two offers flexible sleeping for adults and children alike. Being just moments away from the sandy beaches, boutique shops, galleries, and renowned restaurants that make St Ives so special, along with a dedicated parking space, located just a short walk away, a holiday at Porth Gwel couldn't be easier.
Beautifully positioned in one of the town’s most sought-after locations, Porth Gwel combines traditional charm with comfort and convenience. Ideal for couples, families, or friends sharing, the cottage provides a relaxing base to explore the stunning coastline of St Ives and surrounding areas.

Additional information
please note the parking space is located in a garage on The Digey, which is a short walk from the property, when inside the garage the space is 2.9m wide x 4.4m long with a height restriction of 2m at the entrance. WiFi, two well behaved dogs welcome.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Porthgwel. It was very well appointed with everything we needed for our weeks stay. The cottage is perfectly located and we really loved the ever-changing light and views over the harbour. We’d love to return.

The best property we have stayed at in St.Ives. Was very lucky to be the first people in to stay and it exceeded our expectations tenfold. The view from the bedroom and lounge was fantastic - even if we didn't have the best weather, you could sit and people-watch and see St.Ives come alive. The small details were really considered by the owners-dog hairdryer, welcome pack, outdoor blankets and a huge selection of spices! Decoration throughout was great and the beds super comfy. The location was absolutely perfect - 2 mins walk to the nearest beach and harbour and the best bit was a parking space. A god-send in St.Ives. We couldn't fault the place and have already booked for next year :)
