The place was absolutely amazing. Very home from home and had everything we needed. I have stayed before and some things have changed which make it so much better and feel bigger too.

Little breeze was excellent for our baby daughter’s first holiday. It’s in the perfect location for all three main beaches. We had a brilliant time and would love to come back again. Thank you so much!

Little Breeze has become my second home. Love its position, the decorations , the resident “dog” and all the kitchen equipment. Very comfy sofa and although small there is plenty of room to have my grandchildren to eat with me . Lovely to have two beaches and Norway stores round the corner!!

We visited Little Breeze with our two dogs in April 2024 and what a lovely little place it is. Ideal location near the Island, by two wonderful beaches and a quick walk to the harbour. The accommodation is small, but really well set out and beautifully decorated with gorgeous ornaments and such attention to detail. I think everything has been thought of to make it as comfortable as possible. As coffee lovers the coffee machine and generous supply of pods was such a luxury, and the welcome hamper is a wonderful touch, we thoroughly enjoyed our scones with jam and Cornish clotted cream! The whole place was absolutely spotless and the bed was really comfy. There is a parking space which a lot of places don’t have, it’s quite a walk and uphill but if you decide to use it saves a fortune in parking. We will definitely be back in the future it was a such a lovely place to stay.

Thank you for such a lovely review; it's wonderful to hear that you had a really great time away exploring St Ives and that you made the most of having an allocated parking space which, as you mentioned, is a rarity in the town. It is a little walk to the Rugby Club, but we like to think it helps burn off any extra ice cream and cream teas we may have had! There are also bus and taxi services available for when you don't fancy walking home. We hope we can welcome you back again soon. Phoebe, Customer Services

Lovely property, the only downside for us was that the bed was so small, because of this we wouldnt stay again which is a shame. Great location with everything close by.

We are pleased you enjoyed your time at Little Breeze. This cosy property does everything possible to maximise the space available. We advertise the double bed as being 4ft, so we are sorry to hear that you found this to be small and can appreciate how it may not be suitable for everyone. We would be happy to help find some more appropriate properties for your future stays. Katy, Customer Services.

The location was spot on. Little Breeze was well equipped. The sofa was comfortable and modern and well laid out. The shower worked well and the bathroom was well laid out for a small space. It wasn't very clean when we arrived. We found the bed too small but used to a king size. Huge draft from around the front door and people could see in because there was a thin piece of voile at the door

It's great to hear that you had lovely stay at Little Breeze, and that you enjoyed the central location of the cottage. It's definitely worth taking advantage of having everything St Ives has to offer just a few moments away! Being so close to the action does mean that a lot of footfall can occur outside the property, but your feedback regarding the door draft and privacy has been noted and passed across to the owners to take into consideration for any future improvements.

We are also very sorry if the standard of cleanliness was not to the high level that you would have expected, we can only apologise if any areas had been missed. Having now received this feedback, we will be closely monitoring this, so thank you for your comments. It's a shame to hear you found the bed to be small, this is advertised on the website as being a double, so we hope this is what you were expecting. Katy, Customer Services.

Excellent location. Lovely cosy cottage. Can't find any faults.

Amazing holiday once again in St Ives, and even special as we got engaged!! We couldn’t fault Little Breeze, the location was perfect, the apartment was beautifully decorated and the arrival box that we were left from the owners with bread, scones, jam etc was a lovely thought too! We will definitely be booking again.

A lovely, very clean cottage, well situated close to everything including the beaches. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay in St. Ives.

I loved Little Breeze. It had everything I needed . A well equipped kitchen, including a stick blender and a wonderful Welcome Basket, what a lovely surprise after a long journey from Naples. I tucked in to toast and butter, then scones with clotted cream and jam and coffee. Plenty of cupboard space and iron and hairdryer. Two televisions and all the mod cons. I really felt at home and had a great fortnight.

Always lovely to stay in St Ives and little breeze is in the perfect setting. Would recommend to a couple or person on their own. Small and perfectly formed, charming and cosy. A lovely stay for our holiday

Cost, clean and comfortable little holiday getaway cottage. Perfect for our Christmas stay. The hamper and Christmas decorations were an unexpected welcome treat, lovely touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kirsty, Piesy & our dogs Pili & Cordy

Perfect location, decor and furnishings all excellent. Lovely little house with everything you need

This is a lovely cottage for a winter stay - excellent location, cosy and beautifully decorated and furnished.

Had a lovely stay at Little Breeze. Perfect location for a week’s course at the school of painting and morning walks around the island. Handy for the beaches and galleries. The cottage is cosy and equipped to a high standard with lots of lovely touches.

Our stay at little breeze was wonderful! The facilities and decor were lovely. Location was great and was peaceful and cozy! The bed was sooo comfy, with that and the sea air we slept like babies! We would highly recommend and would stay there again. Thank you for the lovely hamper of gifts on arrival ?? We always use Aspects every year and look forward to our stay next year ?? Sue & Alastair Fletcher

We have stayed at Little Breeze three times now. It is a lovely cottage, very clean and well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Lovely location, close to everything.

We have already booked again for next year.

Perfect location Lovely property Was a perfect stay

Little breeze is a beautiful little cottage, it is spacious for its size and has very good quality furnishings, everything is there for you. Location is perfect. Just loved it.

The apartment was better than expected! We had a lovely stay at little breeze, it’s cosy but had everything we needed for our stay. The bread and scones on our arrival were such a nice touch and came in handy after a long drive. The apartment is decorated beautifully and full of local pieces which I thought gave it that finishing touch.

It’s such a central location and was so close to the beaches, pubs and lovely walks for the dogs.

It was nice to be pre warned about the work going on next door but it really didn’t effect our stay.

Overall a lovely holiday and great service and we are looking to book again in the future.

Really great location and well thought out accommodation. Really well kitted out and designed in the main living space. We now know why a previous reviewer wrote that they loved the sofa - we loved the sofa! Netflix and two TVs were a treat, internet was good and we appreciated the Google Nest Hub. The Bose speaker was also great.

The accommodation felt very clean. Fantastic to receive the wonderful welcome pack of scones, cream, jam, milk and bread - unexpected and made a real difference.

The bedroom is small and quite cramped - I expected this from the photos and it hasn’t bothered a lot of people but for us it would sadly mean we wouldn’t return. If I find a smaller husband or travel alone, I would definitely return!

We are glad that you enjoyed this lovely little property. The owners have certainly put a lot of thought into it. The bedroom and bed size may not suit everyone, so it is certainly something to consider before booking, and as much as we would love to see you return, we would hate to be responsible for ending your marriage, so we would happily help in recommending alternative properties for your next visit here ;-) Tanya, Customer Services

Perfect for a short stay and close to Island car-park which we found useful. Also close to Porthmeor which was perfect.Bed very comfy and lovely shower. Clever lighting made it cosy, and kitchen was well equipped. The road can be quite busy during changeovers so you have to be mindful if you have a dog….

Reply from Aspects Holidays

With the very narrow streets here in St Ives and the popularity of the town, the roads can feel quite busy throughout the town on the main changeover days, but it quietens down a lot during the week, particularly outside of the main summer months. It is always worthwhile being careful walking around all the little roads here though, but we hope that you agree, it is all part of what makes the town so charming. We are glad that you enjoyed it here. Tanya, Customer Services

My first stay in St Ives during January. Was very lucky with weather. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the bay. Fantastic location close to the island. Some refurbishment going on in nearby properties, as to be expected this time of year but was forewarned and it didn’t bother me. Little Breeze is beautifully and thoughtfully kitted out with lots of nice touches that made it feel like home from home.

A brilliantly located cottage in the heart of St. Ives. Convenient for everything. Tastefully decorated and fitted out with all that is required for a relaxing holiday. Ideal for cosy nights in after a days walking round the sights. Our second time in Little Breeze and it won’t be our last.

Really enjoyed my short stay at Little Breeze - perfect location, handy for my favourite parts of St Ives, cosy and clean and lots of thoughtful touches.

Stayed at Little Breeze again this year. The new changes to the property were lovely. Great little place and excellent location, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Just back from a lovely two week stay at little breeze. Little breeze has everything you need and was perfect for myself and husband. It’s in a great location and very handy for parking on the island car park. I would definitely recommend Little breeze to anyone.

Fantastic little property in an absolutely stunning location! Incredibly well equipped and a lot bigger than the photos show. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Little Breeze is in the perfect location and is like a hidden cave less than 1 minute walk from the beach. Perfect for a couple with a little doggy. We will most certainly book again.

What a great little find - most websites will claim “2 mins walk from the beach” trust me this is exactly 2 mins walk from Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches - a nice 3-5 min stroll down to harbour, Norway stores a 2 min walk away which sold pretty much all you needed - was so cosy and very well equipped, we thought might be a bit of traffic noise but was absolutely fine, could not be a better location - Aspects were very informative with arrival details - loved it so much have already rebooked

Little Breeze is a small but perfectly formed studio cottage. Idea for that much needed get away in a delightful place. Fully equipped and very comfortable with modern decor, making for a superb break. We would certainly book again with Aspects for their service and good value for money holidays.

We loved Little Breeze. Perfect location for a doggy break as 2 minutes from the Island. So clean and beautiful fixtures and fittings. You will love the settee ! There's a DVD with selection but if you wanted to bring a couple for a cold night .TIP - restaurants capacity much smaller so we booked everything we could couple of weeks before. Balancing Eel still best fish and chips , 5 minutes away and they are very organised for take out, you dont ned to book those.

Beautiful little home by the sea, we had a great time and if you enjoy spending time on fabulous beaches then this place is definitely recommended.

Perfect cottage in the best location! The cottage was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the week!

Little Breeze is one of our favourite places to stay with Aspects. Has everything you need for a couples getaway with the dogs. Couldn’t recommend more!

Perfect base and bolt hole for two right in between two fabulous beaches and a short skip to the harbour front and main town. Was completely idyllic.

We had a great stay at Little Breeze. The location was great and we found it full of everything you could ever need. There were lots of books and dvds to watch if you had a day when you stayed in. We were a little unlucky with the weather but managed to have a great time anyway. The staff of Aspects Holidays were very helpful and made our stay much more enjoyable. Thanks to all for our lovely holiday.

Location of the cottage was PERFECT. It did feel a little grubby but i don't think it helped it was so warm and unless you are in to open the window and top hatch of the door there isn't much of a breeze at all. We did however have a lovely week here. We wouldn't go back to this cottage but we will definitely book with Aspects again

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are sorry if you found any areas to be a little grubby. We will get in touch to discuss this further so that we can get any concerns addressed. Thank you for your feedback and we are glad that you liked it here. Hopefully see you again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

We had the best holiday we have had in a long time! Aspects Holidays were very efficient, and the accommodation (Little Breeze) was perfect for two people, location fantastic and it catered to all our needs. We will be re-booking!

Good location and nice large shower, but the basin in the bathroom is too small and poorly designed, and storage for clothing is very poor with standing clothes rail that falls over at times.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your helpful comments. This cosy studio apartment is small but all as pictured on the website. Whilst the owner has tried to make the most of all available space to offer you everything that you should need for a stay here, it is always useful to get the feedback of guests, to find out what changes will benefit you most. So thank you for your suggestions; we will pass those on to the owners for their consideration. We hope that you had a great time. Tanya, Customer Services

Great little cottage. Exellent location and very cosy. Shower excellent. Stayed for a week and loved it.

Little breeze, we stayed here for a short break in may, very cosy little place on island rd, 1 minute walk from the nicest beach in st ives. 3 mins from the harbour. The cottage itself is only a dear little house enough space for a dog a new born and two adults We really liked our stay here as it ticked the right amount of boxes for us, location was good, felt cosy, dog friendly and had mostly everything you would expect upon arrival. We would stay here again.

This cottage is in excellent proximity to the beaches and the shops. Everything in the cottage is perfectly proportioned and well thought out.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Little Breeze to future guests.

Wonderful location with Porthmeor and Porthgwidden in the doorstep. The cottage has everything you will need and is so close to the town centre you can be on the harbour within a few minutes walk.

We had a fabulous stay at Little Breeze, and the gorgeous sunshine all week made it even better! It was a special trip for us as we viewed our first Wedding Venue, and we will definitely be recommending this cottage to our guests. Everything was in the cottage that was needed for the week, it was only small but perfect for the two of us and our dog Charlie :). We knew the location of the cottage anyway as this wasn't our first trip to St Ives, and the location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants! I definitely recommend the parking permit (at an additional cost) that comes with the cottage, the space was just around the corner, as parking in St Ives can be a nightmare sometimes!

Loved the cottage. So cosy. Really cleverly equipped. Easy for me and my grandson (12) to have separate sleeping areas Excellent location - great for the high street, beaches and the wonderful Norway Stores.

Brilliant little place for a couple with well thought out layout which makes maximum use of the space .

Lovely compact little place, well thought out, would defo stay again only tiny gripe is the doors in the kitchenette made it difficult to cook or get Round easily, it looks nice with the doors but for ease of use would be much better without.

Thank you for your feedback. When you are staying in a property, you get to view and experience it in a different way than we do when we visit them for short periods, so we really value all constructive comments and suggestions from guests. Such feedback is really useful for us to consider when next inspecting, and owners to consider when they are looking at what improvements they may want to make to the property. Thanks again. Beautiful space , in a great position for beaches , car park and general store ..

The cottage was stunning! We were provided with nessectities as well as some treats (digestive nibbles)! The place was clean and well equipped with lovely decorations! I am so happy that we chose to stay here and would recommmed to anybody!

Little Breeze location could not have been better for us and Ted our dog. The beaches, open area and harbor are a stone throws away making our stay such a relaxing time.

Best cottage so far. Cosy and warm in the evening with a great choice of beaches on the doorstep. It ticked all of my boxes.

Little Breeze was a beautiful, well designed cottage in an amazing location.
