Nice place to stay and will come be back

A well appointed small cottage in an excellent location. Built over 4 storeys . Pets allowed as well. Only drawback is the distance to rugby club for parking. In a very clean condition. The beds were comfortable as well. I would stay here again

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed Cobblestreet Cottage; it really is in a fantastic location, isn't it? With everything St Ives has to offer just at a stones throw away. Parking is unfortunately at a premium in St Ives; with many properties in the town not having any parking available. As a solution, the owners of this apartment have arranged a space approx 15 minutes' walk away included in the rental price, so that facility is always available at this property, if required. Thanks again for your comments and we hope that we will see you back here again soon. Phoebe, Customer Services

St Ives is a wonderful place and Cobblestones cottage is central and convenient for all activities. Dog friendly too!

Lovely cottage right in the center of St Ives with parking included, spacious and very comfortable, we had a lovely holiday here

Perfect place, lovely location and has everything we need. It's cosy, clean, bright and a great base for a week in St Ives.

Another enjoyable stay in Cobblestreet Cottage.

We stayed here the first week of April and had a fantastic holiday . The cottage is in a great location , it’s quiet but also metres away from both Porthmeor and Fore street . Would definitely stay here again .

Excellent accommodation close to all amenities

This is the second time this year we have used Cobblestreet Cottage, in January we had no neighbours either side and had a fantastic stay, our 12 year old Labrador loved it. This time however we had neighbours to the left of us and you can hear everything, conversations, walking up the stairs, almost as though they were staying with you, really off putting. That said the cottage was spotless, well done the cleaning team. The parking is an obvious bonus but it is a trek to St Ives Rugby Club. Would I stay in this cottage again, not sure, would I use Aspects again, DEFINITELY……..

Thank you for your feedback following your stay at Cobblestreet Cottage, we are so pleased you decided to come back for a returning visit! It's a shame that you experienced some noise from the neighbouring properties, this isn't something we have had lots of reports of but due to the central location of the property some external noise can be expected occasionally. With neighbouring guests each week we would hope that what you experienced was an unfortunate one-off but thank you for making us aware. As you mentioned, parking in St Ives is at a premium, so having the space at the Rugby Club is definitely a bonus and is about a 15 to 20-minute stroll, or 6-minute drive, from the property. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Katy, Customer Service.

Lovely house, central to the town, the beaches and restaurants with plenty of space for everyone.

Location, location, location. ??

Stayed here the last week in September absolutely loved it , perfect little cottage and will definitely be coming back.

Lovely cottage great location not for the elderly

A lovely cottage, clean and comfortable and has the added bonus of being really close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants in St Ives.

Great place to stay especially the location

Fantastic location and definite bonus of the parking. The kitchen had everything anyone would need, the whole place was just as you’d expect, clean and very tidy. Would I use this place again, definitely and would I use Aspects again, absolutely no doubt whatsoever, all I have to say is FIRST CLASS and THANKYOU

Our second stay here, great cottage, perfect location with everything on our doorstep. Very much enjoyed by our spaniel Betsi as well!

Clean, light, airy and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location and within close proximity to beaches, local shops (of which there are many), bars and restaurants.

Cobblestone cottage is very convenient for the bustling town of St Ives and the beaches are all within a stones throw away.

Very nice cottage, well laid out and equipped. Excellent location for enjoying St Ives.

Very comfortable and well located cottage. We were very happy with our stay here and have already recommended it to friends. I had been nervous of it being noisy as per another review but it was fine. The only noise that did bother us a couple of times was people in the next terrace as the walls are quite thin but this was okay at bedtime. The stairs are quite steep up to the twin bedroom in particular so as the description says, not very suitable for young kids.

Great week as always with Aspects and St Ives and a lovely house.

We had a short break in November and had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and in a great location. Perfect for the two of us and our dog Bert.

Thoroughly enjoyed the time at the cottage and Barney our spaniel loved it.

Great cottage in really good position, close to beaches and Fore street but not noisy. Four floors so not great for guests with restricted mobility. Top floor very steep stairs. Great to have a washer dryer as no outside drying space but for a weeks stay was just enough for three of us. Very clean and simply decorated.

Service and accommodation excellent. Great spot for beaches and shops.

Great weather and a great location no hills to climb everything right on your doorstep...

Lovely comfortable and clean cottage in the heart of St Ives. Walking distance to all beaches, restaurants and train station.

We had a lovely time celebrating our daughters birthday. Definately will book via Aspect Cottages again!

We had a fantastic stay at Cobblestreet Cottage for half term with 2 ‘tweenager’ girls. Amazing location and a well equipped and spacious cottage. Already booked for next year!

What a great little cottage this is. We stayed here with our 2 teenage sons and were more than comfortable. We’ve been holidaying in cottages in St Ives every year for 18 years and this is one of the best located we’ve had. It feels like it’s a cottage that is actually used by the owners, not just one that’s been developed for holiday letting. Unpretentious, comfortable beds, good WiFi, modern bathroom and that all important second toilet! We wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

Very personal service. Everything exceeded our expectations. Will definitely go again

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful cottage this year and we'll definitely be back! It's in the perfect location for all shops and beaches and has everything you could possibly need. Thanks for another wonderful holiday!

We were a bit disappointed that the wooden seat that is shown on the outside photos was not there. I was really looking forward to be able to sit out in the evening and enjoy the late sunshine. Might be better to use an updated photo, or get a wooden bench back?? Room with twin beds could possibly do with somewhere to hang clothes, and another electrical plug (teenagers request!) Great location and a very comfortable cottage. Lovely big kitchen with a wonderful family sized table and chairs. Really enjoyed our week in Cobblestreet cottage. Thank you for providing us with clean and comfortable cottage, the welcome pack of milk, tea and coffee was very much appreciated. Hope to stay with you again soon, when we return to St Ives.

Thank you for your lovely comments; we are delighted to hear how much you enjoyed it there, and thank you for your really helpful suggestions. Just to try and clarify and avoid any confusion for anyone; the bench that you see in the picture, was outside the neighbours cottage, and was property of the neighbour, so wasn't a facility provided for use of guests at Cobblestreet Cottage. We are sorry if you had expected this to be there, and were in any way disappointed. The twin bedroom, should have a hanging rail and some hanging hooks, so we will check on this. Thank you for letting us know. We hope to see you back here again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

This cottage is in a perfect location for beach and shops . Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definatley stay again

Excellent well equipped pretty cottage in a very convenient position for beaches and shops.

A super place with excellent facilities. Location is perfect for beaches, eating, drinking and enjoying all St Ives has to offer. Happy to return always.

Lovely location and surprisingly quiet for such a central position.

Good location., close to all amenities.

Avoid unless you're deaf ??

Thank you for your comments and we are so sorry if you experienced a lot of noise the week that you were here. It isn't something that has been brought to our attention before, as being a particular issue there; but any property in the heart of Downalong, which gives you the benefit of being a few steps from everything that St Ives has to offer; can be susceptible at times to hearing some of the hustle and bustle of the town. We will continue to monitor feedback and investigate if this is raised as a concern again. Tanya, Customer Services.

Very comfortable and warm cottage with a great location.

Very comfortable cottage in a great location

Fabulous cottage, as described in the brochure. Facilities on the doorstep and public transport good if you are able to walk a reasonable distance. Car parking a struggle. Overall a brilliant location and cottage cannot be faulted.
