It has all that you might need. The proximity to the beach (for those who want it) is excellent. It's but a short walk to town with everything you could want. Great pubs and restaurants. The internal stairs are a bit steep (unavoidably) but my 82 year old mother-in-law has coped well for two years here. I recommend it to you.
