Situated in a perfect location in Downalong, and just a few steps away from Porthgwidden Beach, Porthmeor Beach and the Island, you can head out for that morning swim and then spend your day on the golden sands, knowing you can pop back to Beach Court for supplies at any time, or simply watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. This reverse level property has two bedrooms downstairs and fabulous views from the living area upstairs. The interior is bright and light, with the Ercol infuenced furnishings reflecting the style and period of when the apartments were built. 2 Beach Court is the ideal base to explore all that St Ives has to offer, and with everything on your doorstep, you're sure to make plenty of holiday memories.
The Harbour and Fore Street are a short stroll away, where you will find an array of independent shops and restaurants and the infamous Sloop Inn is a popular go to, to enjoy a local ale or drink of choice on the Harbour after a day exploring.
Please note: A property within the Beach Court establishment is carrying out some refurbishment work. This is expected to finish by the end of April 2024 but is subject to change. Please contact Customer Services with any questions or queries before booking.

please note that bedroom one has a small double so is NOT ideal for two adults but better suited for one adult or two younger children to share and also there is no washing machine, dishwasher or freezer at the property, the bathroom is on the first floor, electric heating throughout WiFi, one dog welcome.
No2 Beach Court gave us a fantastic base for our Cornish holiday, the view from the front room across the bay and Porthgwidden beach were stunning. The accommodation was in general clean and functional and the access to beaches and town was great. We are considering returning next year. M Bewley

Dreamy St Ives Holiday! We had a lovely stay at 2 Beach Court. 10/10 for the location, right on the beach with stunning views for drinking my morning coffee on the sofa. Me and my mum stayed here for a week with our small dog. Had a wonderful time. Well cleaned, easy service. The only small issue is parking, as to be expected in St Ives, an issue that can’t be helped. We parked on the Island CarPark all week and had to wait for around 30mins for a space at times. Again no fault of Aspects, but worth considering.

2 Beach Court living room has an amazing view, made even more impressive by the high tides and windy weather making wave watching a must! Well located for the Island car park making setting up home straight forward. A very successful stay with my elderly Mum was had.

2 Beach Court is a lovely little apartment in an excellent location. The views and ability to watch the world go by and of course the changes in the horizon are simply joyful. We saw seals and dolphins in December which was quite amazing ! The furnishings are quite simple and the seating area is not plush but who needs to sit around when you’re in St Ives, I could have stayed forever.

The flat is suitable for <3 people. It is comfortable with adequate space in the bedrooms. It has an excellent view over Carbis Bay. It is in a quiet part of the town close to Porthgwidden beach.
