It offers fresh and comfortable accommodation, perfect for a relaxing break throughout the year. Great care has been taken by the attentive owners to create a stylish and family friendly property, but it's equally suitable for small groups or even a couple. There is a delightful sunny courtyard area with seating to the rear, and an allocated parking space right outside the front door. An excellent all-rounder for enjoying everything that this great seaside town has to offer.

If you are looking for a beautiful family home then look no further than this! Honestly I don’t even look at the reviews anymore for Aspect Holidays because every property is beautiful, but if you do then just know this one is amazing!

This is an upside down house, great for kids with a stair gate set up. The furnishings are comfortable, homely and modern. The parking space is tight, although we have a Ford Focus which I would not class as a “small car” and were able to park without issue.

Location is good, obviously St Ives is hilly, so you will be hard pressed to find a property where you do not have to walk up and down hills.

There is a nice sun trap courtyard, not massive but big enough for two bistro tables and my pug could run around.

Will deffo be back! :)

September 2018

October 2017

Great property for views when walking down to Porthmeor Beech, a small but dog friendly garden ideal for up to 2 dogs. Not for the faint hearted as the hill going back to the property from the Town/Beech is very steep. Overall we loved it and we have booked for next year.
