Heaven!
15 external steps lead to the communal walkway. Front door leads into hallway with stairs to first floor and door to:
washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, electic oven, fridge/freezer, dining table with four chairs, two sofas, electric fire, Smart TV/DVD with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, DAB radio, patio door leading to:
table with two chairs, sea views.
king size bed, sea views. Door to cloakroom: basin, WC.
twin beds.
shower, basin, WC.
gas central heating, parking for one car available in a garage (7ft 2" wide, 14ft 1" length, 6ft 8" height), a travel cot is provided, WiFi, short breaks available.
Beautifully presented accommodation and very equipped. Felt much home from home & the welcome pack was a nice touch. The views are great & made it feel very Mediterranean sitting outside. The coastal path is very close to the property, well worth a wander. The hill to get up and down to town isn’t great but you do get used to it after a couple of days. We tried several routes but failed to find an ‘easy’ one, the views definitely make up for it though. My husband was very grateful to have a garage, no worries finding a parking space.

We spent our Honeymoon at Teylu ?? it had everything we needed and more, perfectly located not far from the beach or the town. Highly recommend.
Not a fault of the property but be warned if you venture into st ives you have a very steep hill to climb to get back to the property.
Mr Hancock May 2021
Excellent Apartment , beautiful sea views , great holiday enjoyed at Teylou. Will be back .
Mrs English Oct 2020
Had a fantastic stay. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Lovely views with comfy table and chairs outside. Parking perfect. We have an estate car and had plenty of space in the garage. Can also park in road as spaces come up regular. There is an uphill walk but we managed it everyday with a loaded pram no problem. No bath but there was a baby bath provided which was perfect to use for our 8 month old. The shower was a little on the small side especially for my husband not much space to turn round.
Overall excellent stay and would definitely stay again.
Mrs Love Sep 2020
We had a lovely weeks stay at this property. It is clean, comfortable and modern. The washer/dryer was welcomed & meant there was none to do when we arrived home. There is a garage allocated to the property as well as a few unallocated spaces outside. This is not a reflection of the property but feel it is important to mention for anyone who is not familiar with St Ives, to get to the town or the beach there is a 25% gradient hill that you have to go down & of course back up. People with mobility or health issues may struggle.
Thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a lovely property. I would highly recommend booking.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you liked Teylu. Being in such a fantastic location, so close to the stunning Porthmeor Beach, perched up above the town to really make the most of those views, does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day out. Whilst it is a little way off a 25% gradient; it is steep and the walk may not be suitable for everyone, but we are glad that you agreed was worth it! Hopefully, we can look forward to welcoming you back here again very soon. Tanya, Customer Services.
Teylu is a great place to stay - so close to the beach with great views. We lived our visit. July 2020

Lovely clean, well appointed apartment. Nice little touches like tea, coffee, milk and sugar which is appreciated after a long journey. We enjoyed breakfast on the sunny balcony most days. Great to have parking in a garage too.
Mrs Clarke Sep 2019
Such a beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished, and extremely comfortable. The balcony was a bonus providing fantastic views, and it was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast on a sunny morning. Teylu is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday in St Ives, we will definitely return.
