June 2021

My husband and I stayed here at the end of May. This was our first staycation in years and it didn't disappoint. The flat was cosy, well appointed with everything you could possibly need and the view of the harbour was absolutely stunning, this is what drew me to this property when I made the booking. Even when it rained it was still nice to look out the window and watch the changing tide and the world go by. When we arrived there was tea, coffee, milk and biscuits to get us started which was a nice touch, the kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment was spotlessly clean, I also appreciated the use of the washing machine. The apartment is well located up a hill with a car park not far away and easy access to the centre of St Ives with it's shops, restaurants and bars. We had a lovely week in St Ives and we really enjoyed the coastal walks we wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - perfect!

REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY, I LOVED THE VIEW AND THE ACCOMODATION, ST IVES IS A GREAT DESTINATION, DECIDED TO TREAT MYSELF TO A HELICOPTER TRIP TO ST MARYS AWESOME. PAUL

Very comfortable flat in a great location close to town . View down into the harbour was beautiful

Great location and a superb view. Even when the weather wasn't good we could still enjoy the view in this cosy apartment. Highly recommended.

Perfect little flat with one of the best views in St Ives! My boyfriend and I went for a long weekend and had a fantastic time. Gorgeous bay window seats for you to enjoy the view, comfy sofa and chair in the living room, and a very comfy bed. The kitchen is also very well equipped - it has everything you need! We would definitely stay at Sunrise - Barnoon Terrace again.

The outstanding view of St Ives is the main attraction of this comfortable and cosy apartment in a wonderfully elevated position above the town. Well worth the climb! We discovered a number of routes back up to Barnoon Terrace but all involved an effort which was richly rewarded. The other advantage was the quiet location even though it was only 5 minutes from the main streets and beaches. Just as described all though pared back due to the current situation but we had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed & decent overhead shower. Also a pleasant, tiered seating area outside.

The views over the harbour were so lovely with the window seat being a great place to watch the world go by.

Lovely cosy apartment with fantastic views. Everything you need.

This is a lovely, cosy apartment, equipped to a high standard. It is in a very convenient location close to the harbour, shops and galleries, and view of the harbour and the bay is incomparable!

Excellent view from the front window. Centrally located in St Ives, very near the Barbara Hepworth museum. I've stayed here before, probably will again!

Beautiful flat in a beautiful location.Everything is provided, even spare batteries for the remote! Barnoon is very dark at night but the owner has provided torches!

A great place to stay. Very comfortable with stunning views of the harbour. Stayed before & will stay here again.

Fantastic view of harbour from bay window. Great location, can walk into the town & harbour in 10mins.

Lovely place with time consuming view, you will most likely spend the whole day in the bay window watching the buzzing little harbour and its residents!

The best view in St Ives. Extremely comfortable furniture.

Beautiful flat and views out the window, with everything you could need for cooking etc. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness or the location. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet comfortable stay in St. Ives.

A lovely, cosy little flat with a stunning view.

Very comfortable flat with stunning views and excellent location.

Beautiful little apartment, perfect for two people, stunning views that we couldn't get enough of. I highly recommend this apartment as a nice peaceful place to stay close to the town and beaches.

Quality accommodation in an elevated part of town. View from the window seat is breathtaking. Can not fault this property at all. 5*

Fantastic stay in such a central location minutes from everything. Flat is cosy but plenty of room for us and our child. Parking is tricky in peak season so be prepared for a hunt and also unloading the car is harder as you can't pull up outside. If you are prepared for this then it's not a problem.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your comments; we are glad you liked Sunrise - Barnoon Terrace; it's certainly a great little place in an ideal spot, perched above the town so that it benefits from those great views. Parking can be a bit challenging in peak weeks, with the public car parks quickly filling up; so for properties that do not advertise a parking space, it is worth looking into parking options beforehand on the local council website and looking into private parking availability. There is also a park and ride facility which some find useful. Please feel free to contact the team for any advice. Thanks again, and we hope to see you back here soon. Tanya, Customer Services

Great property and the welcome package of tea milk sugar and coffee was excellent. I think the detail should be mentioned on the property description page.

Great views from picture window and it was nice a quiet. ..apart from seagulls but that's a given.

The best view from any property we have stayed in St Ives -and we have stayed in a few over the years!

This was a great flat and it helped to make our holiday the best ever. Thank you very much.

An attractive, comfortable apartment with a view from its large front window that it would be hard to better in the whole of Britain, conveniently located not far from some of the greatest art galleries in the country and from shops and excellent catés and restaurants.

An attractive, simply furnished and cosy little flat with an amazing view.

Stunning location & view. A very relaxing break with great facilities, Wonderful!

My partner and myself had an amazing anniversary holiday we both throughly enjoyed it and the Barnoon Terrace property was amazing

Thank you for this holiday. We had a great time!

The most beautiful view morning to night. We spent hours just staring out the window. It means that even when our British weather turns, you can still enjoy the beauty of the town. The deliciously comfy bed meant we had brilliant sleeps. The kitchen is clean, compact and well equipped. Great location with easy access to the town and all the beaches. Wonderful!

Wonderful little flat with a spectacular view of St Ives and a stone's throw away from fore Street.

Sunrise is a wonderful place to stay - comfortable, well equipped and with amazing views over St Ives harbour. We can't wait to come back!

"Sunrise"at Barnoon Terrace is a first class apartment, tastefully furnished, a lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into "Sunrise" by the owner, also very well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc., it was like home from home plus a beautiful view over St Ives Harbour.
