The view from the open plan living and kitchen area was excellent. The property had a nice bright feel and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property was ideally situated on the quiet edge of town with a pleasant 10 minute walk into the centre. It's not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, however if this is not an issue, I would highly recommend.

We are glad to hear that you liked Dolphins- 3 Carthew Court; you certainly get a lovely view from there! Sitting above the town, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk in; it does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day at one of the stunning beaches of St Ives. As you rightly say, with the property being over 2 floors and that walk up from the town, the property may not work for everyone, but we are glad that you agreed that it was worth it. Lovely clean place with excellent sea views. The walk into town can be steep in places but we managed fine with two very young children.
