This is a fantastic apartment. Open, airy and freshly refurbished. The beds are really comfortable and duvets and bed linen high quality and laundered perfectly.
Access is via a spiral staircase, it's on the first floor. One other apartment uses the hallway door but we didn't see our neighbours at all during the week.
We were welcomed with coffee, tea, sugar and milk. A lovely touch after such a long journey from Solihull.
Handsoap in both bathrooms and kitchen. Washing up liquid, tea towels and a host of other cleaning products available. Full size neff dishwasher with tablets provided. neff oven, hob and washing machine. We did use the washing machine and there's a clothes airer. The machine does have a dryer element but we didn't use that.
Central heating is excellent. Timed to come on twice a day but wow it gets warm so for the most part we lowered the thermo to zero.
Smart TV so can sign into your own Netflix or Prime account. There's a DVD player but we didn't try that.
Location is fantastic. We found every alley and hidden steps. Various ways to get to the town and beaches but be ready for the incline back!
We would definitely stay here again, it's fantastic value for money and location it perfect.
10/10 from us!

We adored our stay here; we have a 5 and a 6 year old and the apartment was spacious and fantastically equipped. The hill was steep but very short and we were in town within a minute or two on foot. Lovely views over the sea (especially if you open the high bathroom window when you have a shower!) We honeymooned in st ives and have returned for holidays numerous times using an alternative letting company, but this is now our firm favourite and we plan to return again the future.

Clean, modern and fresh apartment which has 2 double beds and also bathroom facilities for both rooms. A bit of a climb to go up the hill but after the first few times you get used to the exercise. A great place to stay, not far from the town but away from the noise.
Mrs Jones Jan 2022
Well equipped apartment in a nondescript part of town next to a big car park. Apartment lacks Cornish charm but has everything needed for a winter break - no outside space might make it less appealing for a summer break. Beware that everything you need is at the bottom of a very steep hill - which needs climbing to get home.

Although you are not right in the centre of St Ives and therefore not surrounded by the characterful and quirky traditional fisherman's cottages, being in one of the areas that is elevated above the traditional centre, often gives you a little more modern, roomy properties with less quirky layouts and often benefitting from sea views. And whilst there is no outside space here, you are just a short stroll down to the beautiful Porthmeor beach from there, so we hope that you didn't miss having a bit of a garden and didn't mind a bit of an uphill walk at the end of a day after exploring the beautiful beaches and all the fantastic cafes, shops, restaurants, and galleries of St Ives. Fabulous super clean apartment, great position - although lots of hills to walk up and down - to discover and explore St Ives, central to all beaches, shops and restaurants.
Mrs Smith Oct 2021
We loved our stay at 3 Ocean Breezes and didn’t want to come home! The location of the apartment is perfect (but bare in mind it’s quite a big hill to walk back up). We visited Porthmeor beach everyday, and also walked to Porthminster beach which isn’t far. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Would deffo recommend a visit (or few) to The Sloop, the oldest pub by the harbour!
Miss Campbell Sep 2021
Beautiful apartment, clean, bright and comfortable.
A little walk up the hill, the perfect escape after a busy day on the beach or in town
Will book again
Mrs Anderson Aug 2021
A really lovely apartment, with everything you need. Very comfortable and well placed for Porthmeor beach and the town. The only downside was the struggle to find a parking space as Barnoon car park is always full!
Mrs Binstead Jul 2021
This was a very comfortable apartment for a short break, better than we expected - the photo's don't do it justice!
Mrs Warren Nov 2020
This is the second year we have stayed here. The location is ideal for Porthmeor beach and quick access to the town centre and the space is bright and airy. It's modern and well equipped, and the Covid adjustments were well organised and reassuring - we felt comfortable and confident to stay here.
Ms Varley Sep 2020
A lovely light flat in a great location. We hope to return next year.
Mrs Phillips Oct 2019

Mr Pye Aug 2019
Really nicely done out apartment, great location as we love Porthmeor beach, helpful staff - we would certainly book it again.
Ms Varley Jul 2019
Lovely, light and airy apartment, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We had a lovely stay!
Mrs Hosken-Gorman Oct 2018
Lovely accommodation opposite a car park, very central. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in in St. Ives.
Mrs Cuthbertson Oct 2018
This apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and elegantly furnished. The Juliette balcony is a lovely feature, so relaxing sitting having coffee in the morning with the sea air and sounds of the seaside in the room.
Ms Richards Aug 2018
I could not believe how easy everything was and how lovely the apartment was. This was our first family holiday (me and 2 toddlers) so the fact that everything I could possibly require was there was brilliant. The property was gorgeous and so conveniently located, it made our holiday easy and wonderful! Liked location of property and how clean/bright/well-decorated it was. Everything I needed was supplied. It was a little costly in comparison to other companies.
Miss Cowie May 2018
The location was perfect. So close to the town centre and beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Our family had a wonderful week there and would definitely recommend it.
