Lovely warm cozy and comfortable cottage in a quiet location with great views from the bedrooms to the harbour.

We stayed over New Year and could have easily watched the fireworks from here if the weather was really bad. The Christmas decorations and generous hamper were a lovely touch and very welcome after a long drive.

Arrived early evening and unfortunately found the boiler wasn’t working, however after contacting Aspects out of hours line an engineer sorted this within a couple of hours whilst we nipped out for food and we had no further problems.

The stairs to the first floor were quite steep, although not an issue for us, and we were well aware there was no parking before booking so just needed to drop the bags off first which wasn’t a problem, then park at the Leisure Centre.

Great communication from Aspects. Actually stayed an extra night.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at 4 Albert Terrace and that you were able to enjoy your New Year's Eve - it's a perfect location for watching the fireworks at midnight! Thank you for getting in touch to let us know about the boiler, and for your patience while the plumber worked to get this fixed as quickly as possible for you so your holiday could get back on track. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back in the future stays. Phoebe, Customer Services

We had a lovely time at the house thank you for the cream tea x

A really lovely stay in this sweet cottage. The location is fantastic for the beach and the town. Please be aware there are 30ish steep steps up to the property.

It is clean, tidy and was perfect for our family of 4.

We are glad that you enjoyed your time here at 4 Albert Terrace. Most of the traditional Cornish fishing villages are known for the steep hills, so it is something that is not specific to 4 Albert Terrace, but something to bear in mind when booking any property in such a location. We try to show the nature of the steps and mention them in the description so that guests can make an informed decision on the suitability, but the bookings team are always happy to answer any questions and discuss the suitability of any property before booking, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Very comfortable, well equipped, two double bedrooms, light and airy, and close to St Ives shops and harbour.

Lovely cottage with sea views from bedrooms. Clean comfortable with good facilities. Would stay again.

Modern, well equipped cottage, close to shops and harbour, with lovely view of the harbour from the bedrooms. Very comfortable beds Hair dryer in each bedroom Milk, tea bags, and a cream tea left which was a lovely surprise We had a couple of issues with the cottage which were dealt with very promptly by Aspect holidays.

What a lovely place to stay! Whenever I visit St Ives I usually stay around Porthmeor beach but I really enjoyed staying in the town this time. Albert Terrace is in a slightly elevated location so has some wonderful views; it's also delightfully tucked away so considering it's in the town itself it's amazingly peaceful and quiet. The cottage had everything you could need - super comfy bed, a great shower top the list. The Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit sketchy but after turning it off then on again it always rectified itself. Loved the little courtyard at the front with it's views and the sound of the birds. Would definitely stay here again.

A well equipped and very comfortable cottage with lovely views from the windows. Centrally situated yet removed from the hustle and bustle and very relaxing. This is my second stay at this property and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Gorgeous cottage, great location & super comfortable beds. We’re be back in St Ives soon ?

We had a lovely stay of 4 nights, we had the beautiful sunny days and stormy nights which didn’t stop us to go on adventures day after day. Perfect location if you don’t mind walking up the steps and 200 m further to get your car. We got used to it after a day so that was ok. You will need to look carefully on Dove Street and park your car by Albert Terrace archway sign and unload, then one of you park the car and come down from the steps to Albert Terrace. Overall it has been a fab break for us thank you.

Perfect cottage for a cosy, winter break. Great location and fabulous views from both bedrooms. Spotlessly clean, with every home comfort. It was absolutely ideal for our girly, pre Christmas long weekend and the town looked wonderful with all its twinkling lights. A lovely touch to find a cream tea had been left for us to enjoy. Just what we needed after travelling down by train. Thank you Aspects for the £5 to spend in the Allotment Deli. What a great way to support a local business! Their freshly made sandwiches were delicious and we ordered more for our return journey. 10/10 from two very happy customers.

Wunderful house with fantastic views over the harbour and the town. Nearby to the beaches, bus station and train station. We like the house and will try to come again.

Lovely property, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Brilliant location and wonderful views. Thank you !

Excellent website easy to navigate and book - some if not all the best of Cornwall in one!

We loved our stay at Albert Terrace. The house is nicely decorated and felt very clean. The super king sized bed on the top floor was so comfortable! We found the kitchen very well equipped (including Nespresso machine and milk frother). It was lovely to have sea views from all the rooms and a small terrace at the front which got the sun in the morning. We found the location perfect, 5 minutes from the shops and harbour. But bear in mind that it is up some stairs and a further up hill walk to the nearest car park, not a problem for us but may be for some.

Like a lot of St Ives, unless you are right in the very centre of the town, you will have hills to walk up and down getting to and from your property. These properties at the top of town can give you some of the best views though; if not from the property, you get to enjoy beautiful views on the walk down into town or to the beach. 4 Albert Terrrace is also in a great spot for enjoying a bit of a more peaceful location within St Ives, away from all the hustle and bustle of the main town. If the walk isn't for you though, please do not hesitate to give us a call if you are looking to return to the area, so that the team can help in advising you on more suitable locations. We are glad that you enjoyed it. Tanya, Customer Services

Aspects team were so very helpful and easy to deal with. The property was lovely. Thankyou

Love no: 4. Ticks all the boxes.

Perfect get away cottage…. Brilliant views from some of the comfiest beds with easy access to harbour/ town. Super helpful and friendly staff on hand to help with directions. Highly recommend

I booked this apartment for one week and I was so happy that I decided to extend it for another week which was easily sorted with the help of the aspects holidays team.

The apartment its very nicely decorated, full of small details, everything is new and is very clean. You find all you need for a perfect stay ( including an hair dryer!).

The apartment its in perfect location, 5min away from the centre and the station and 2min away from a couple of supermarkets. The location allows you to have a more quiet atmosphere at the time of getting fab views of the port from the top floor bedroom! The apartment has 3 floors in total.

I would recommend this apartment and Aspects holidays as they provided a perfect service and with all information on arrival you can tell from the beginning that everything will be ok, very professional service!

Coming to St Ives was a last minute decision and I cant be happier as I really enjoyed the apartment, the atmosphere and friendly locals I met very welcome everyone!

Fab location, clean, tidy & a beautiful view.

Had a great few days in 4 Albert Terrace. Good location and cottage well maintained and comfortable. Everything there we could have needed. Bonus being able to sit up in bed and see the sea and harbour over the rooftops. Aspect Holidays proved a good service. Will be back!

Lovely cottage in a prime location. Modern and fresh feel with good comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and good shower. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

Good location and nice sea views from bed.

We are a family of 4 who had a fantastic stay at Albert Terrace. The fittings are lovely and everything is thought about (from Nespresso machine and milk frother to washing machine/tumble drier). The beds were really comfortable and bedding spotless.

The approach is via steep stairs and fairly uneven so I would say only suitable for older (age 5+) children. Close to walk to the harbour and easy to walk to all 3 main beaches.

Although some Covid restrictions still in place we enjoyed St Ives, and unlike our usual holidays we ate in/takeaways some meals. The house had everything we needed for this.

Cosy, peaceful, good location, and great views of the harbour.

A lovely well equipped cottage in a central yet private location. Very comfortable beds. The quality appliances were very much appreciated and I found it a very enjoyable stay. Loved the light that filled the cottage and the stable door to let in the sunshine and fresh air. Ideal for two people or a small family. The steps to the cottage could present a problem for very young children or anyone with mobility issues.

We loved our stay in 4 Albert Terrace. The house is cosy and well-appointed. Beds are really comfortable and the shower is great. Importantly it is located really close to the centre of things in St Ives which was a real bonus. The view over the harbour from the bedrooms is lovely.

The property is stunning and the view of the harbour is beautiful. The only thing we would say is the parking is a bit of a pain, but this is the case with most properties in this area and for value for money, this place is excellent. It is a 5/10 minute wasps from the harbour and is up a quiet and very safe feeling side road. A lovely stay, would definitely recommend

We are delighted to hear how much you enjoyed this property. Parking is at a bit of a premium in St Ives, with many properties not having this facility. However, this property is only a 6-minute walk to Trenwith car park, which is the largest in St Ives and the one that generally has the best chance of having spaces available. It is an uphill walk to it from the property, but a nice down hill walk at the end of the day if you have been out and about exploring. There are also private parking facilities available which we would always be happy to advise you on if you are ever looking to return. It was great to hear how much you enjoyed this property, and we hope that we will see you back again soon. Tanya, Customer Services

We have just returned from our stay at Albert Terrace and had a wonderful time. The cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The location was great - easy quick walk into town centre and harbor / beaches. There is no on-site parking (not unusual for St Ives) but there is a council pay and display car park 5 - 10mins away (up a very steep hill). We had a great stay and would return again.

We had a lovely week and a half at Albert Terrance in October, the house is well equipped and comfortably furnished - the 2 of us choose to use the top floor bedroom for the great view and huge bed. It's in a good location for quick walking access to the town, no on-site parking but there is a council car park 5mins away (up a very steep hill). Note that it is pay and display so we found the Cornwall Rover ticket purchased through their Just Park app to be the most cost effective option (still £50 for the week). Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the house.

Great stay in a beautiful little cottage, plenty of storage, very well appointed, slightly difficult access.

The property description is very accurate, there are a few steps up to the property which was fine for us, it's in a great location with lovely views and very well equipped for it's size, the bedroom on the first floor is a bit of a squeeze which is why we opted for the second floor, big comfy bed and a great view of the harbor. if you're concerned about parking, there is a council car park nearby and there is a Coop across the road for all your essentials. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
