Bedroom 2 has twin beds perfect for adults or children to drift into a dreamy night's sleep after jam-packed days.
As the sun comes down come in from the balcony, tuck into bed and drift off to sleep.

The bathroom has a bath to indulge in after a day walking the coast path.
Pick up the coast path and stroll into St Ives to explore its shops and beautiful beaches.

1 Porthminster Court is a lovely apartment, tucked a short walk away from the scenic coastal path that runs between St Ives and Carbis Bay. Sleeping up to four guests with two bedrooms, this ground floor apartment offers comfortable furnishings and is well equipped for dining in and taking advantage of fresh produce from the local delis, shops and bakeries. There is an allocated parking space and the balcony is perfect for sitting out on morning, noon, and night, overlooking the sea and the three miles of golden sands of Hayle beach. Leave your car at home and head into St Ives for cocktails, dinner, or to watch the sun set over Porthmeor beach, or spend your days heading out on a boat trip to Seal Island after some family fun in the arcade. Perfect for any time of year, 1 Porthminster Court is a lovely holiday home from home and is sure to be one you'll be returning to year after year.
**Please Note: There are refurbishment works taking place to a building located 2 properties away, parallel to 1 Porthminster Court. This does not impede on the beautiful sea views, but can be seen from the lounge window and balcony when looking left towards the building having work done. Due to the proximity and nature of work, this has the potential to be heard at times.
Additionally, there are private internal refurbishment works taking place to a neighbouring flat up until 4th May. Please contact our Customer Services Team with any queries before booking.**

Parking space with approx 20 steps up to access the property.
Only 10 minutes walk to Porthminster beach & onto St.Ives & Carbis Bay was 10 mins via costal path. Branch line train passes down in front of property, but it wasn’t a problem.
Supermarket nearby.
Already booked for next year.
Can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Portminster Court. It was peaceful, with lovely sea views with a 10 minute walk to the best beach in St Ives and direct access to the coastal path.

We had an fantastic holiday in St ives booked through aspect holidays. The service we recieved was excellent. The directions provided by aspect holidays to get to the property were spot on. The view from 1 porthminster was breath taking with sea views. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge, biscuits and coffee machine. The location of 1 porthminster is excellent in a quiet and peaceful location but in easy reach and walking distance of carbis bay and also st ives. We will be using aspect holidays again.

A short walk from town this is a great property to relax away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives. On inclement days simply pour yourself a glass of wine and watch the weather roll along the coast or the waves crashing on Godrevy from the comfort of the lounge. Just a stones throw from the coastal path where we could see seals just bobbing around in the coves below. This was a great find and would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with wonderful sea views and great to have the ease of parking. You can walk into St. Ives or Carbis Bay from the Apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable & warm and the beds were comfy. Nice addition of a welcome pack. Kitchen could do with a few more utensils and there is no hairdryer, however we would love to stay again and would recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

We liked the location and the light and bright sitting room with fantastic views. A few more finishing touches and improvements to the bedrooms, sitting room layout and kitchen provision would have made for a more comfortable and luxurious stay.
