This was our second stay at number 46, and this apartment is perfectly set up for our family's needs. We love the location, you can't beat the close proximity to Porthmeor Beach and the Harbour, and we have had a fantastic time exploring, shopping, body boarding, eating out.. everything is really accessble. We love the space and layout of the apartment. The extra loo and third bedroom make it really comfortable for us, and we also made great use of the upstairs, both for watching TV and relaxing, and for socialising with friends who were in St Ives at the same time. There is a great supply of crockery etc, which make it perfect space for entertaining, and cooking / eating together. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is not the most luxurious in terms of decor, but it suits us well, and is really great value for money. Finally, in St Ives you can't beat having a parking space in the building. However it is a tight fit!!

Porthmeor means 'large cove' in Cornish?

Lovely flat in great location with plenty of space.

This property is very spacious, with everything that you need. The balcony off the main living space is a sun trap (being south facing). Generally the apartment is looking tired and in need of some updating. Having said which it is clean and tidy. The location of the apartment is ideal for Porthmeor beach being a few steps away and the town is within easy reach, a few minutes walk.

It's great to hear you enjoyed your time at 46 St Nicholas Court and felt the space worked so well for you. Finally, we are getting to see some sunshine after a few rainy months which makes the balcony all the more enjoyable for those gorgeous evening sunsets. Whilst this property is not marketed as one of our higher end/modern properties, it is always maintained well by the owners and we hope that it was what you had expected from the photos and description online. Your comments are automatically sent on to the property owners, so that they can consider any suggestions for future improvements though, so thank you for the helpful comments and we hope to see you back soon. We had a great stay in number 46. It's in a fantastic location, and the spacious lay out led to a relaxed, comfortable week for our family. Comfortable beds and very well equipped with everything we needed. We really liked the little balcony with the view back over the rooftops of St Ives. Aspects offer great service, and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely holiday and would like to return to this apartment.

Lovely flat, in a fabulous location. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches were only a step away, so we could swim multiple times a day without having to spend a whole day on the beach. The shower tap in the courtyard also made rinsing sand off really easy. We were delighted with the comfortable living space that the flat afforded us, particularly the spacious, relaxed upstairs living room, with patio doors to the balcony. The view across the roofs of St Ives and over to Godrevy from the balcony was rather lovely, particularly in the early morning. Beds were comfortable (firm, but we like them that way), everywhere was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely re-book this flat.

We have stayed at St Nicholas Court many times over 20 years in fact! Love the location, lovely complex with the bonus of a laundry, secure parking and outside shower for wetsuits etc. Would recommend staying here to anyone
Ms McAndrew Aug 2023
Great apartment right near Porthmeor beach. We've have never stayed in such a well equipped place. Living area is spacious and done out nicely. Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of equipment to ensure ability to cook (if you really want to). We felt that the hallway and bedrooms were rather dated and would benefit from redecoration. As stated in the advert the car parking space is tight and if you have a large car or struggle parking it would be a problem. Especially if you have other inconsiderate drivers parking next to you.

We are sorry if the décor was not what you had expected from the photos. We market a wide range of properties that we hope will meet the differing budgets, tastes, and requirements of individuals, which can be very varied. This is not marketed as one of our more modern or higher end options but offers an affordable option when compared to others with that beachside location in St Ives of a higher spec/more modern decor. We always try to ensure that the photos and descriptions are accurate, so we do hope that this was what you had expected. Your comments are automatically sent on to the property owners, so that they can consider any suggestions for future improvements though, so thank you for the helpful comments and we hope to see you back soon. Aspects Holidays were brilliant from booking, to providing information and then were again excellent when we at the property and needed a stair-gate - they responded immediately. The property was lovely; spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed the location (central to everything in St ives) but still quiet. Its a really spacious apartment and plenty big enough for us (4 adults and 2 children). The parking space is tight but very useful and an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. The location of St Nicholas Ct is spot on, being close to the town and beaches. No 46 is ideal too with a second toilet and three bedrooms and a feeling of spaciousness. St Ives itself is just what we like with much to do and see.
