Very well equipped has a back and front entrance. Good size Kitchen and lovely bathrooms on each floor. Nice bedrooms we had 7 people which were 3 children and 4 adults plenty of space. Very close to harbour and all beaches good location.

Shipshape Cottage is perfect for an all age family holiday. There is enough space and comfort for relaxation and great for sharing meals and time together. It is beautifully and simply decorated and a few minutes away from the best beach in Cornwall (Britain?)

Loved the location. Beautifully furnished and decorated and was an excellent base for our holiday. They have thought of everything down to games for the children and plenty of kitchen equipment. Highly recommend.

This house has the best location of any we’ve ever stayed in in St Ives and we’ve been coming since 2010. It is a 2 min walk from Porthmeor, Porthgwidden and Harbour beaches which was just grand! The house is warm and cosy and the kitchen was a lovely space for us all to cook and eat together. Lovely lovely house and fabulous service from Aspects.

Shipshape Cottage is beautiful, well equipped, brightly decorated and well placed for the beach. It was very comfortable. I would recommend it as a great place to stay and enjoy St Ives.

We had a wonderful week in Shipshape Cottage. Plenty of comfortable beds, a kitchen where we could enjoy cooking and sharing meals around the table and a perfect location for the beach. It had everything we needed and was a bright, fun space.

Shipshape Cottage is the perfect place to stay in St Ives, being close to the beaches and the town, all of which are just minutes away.

The cottage is far bigger than expected, The rooms are very light and airy (just the living room a little dark due to facing the street). We had absolutely everything we needed here, the kitchen was very well equipped. Maybe take note that the kitchen table only has 6 chairs with 2 small three legged stools as extra seating to accommodate all eight people.

The stairs are narrow but as expected in a cottage. The rooms are nicely and simply decorated and not at all cluttered so loads of room for suitcases etc. The outside space has a bench seat and a beach equipment store. It is used as a thoroughfare so not private, you get to meet and chat to the neighbours and the children can play together but as it is not closed off they could wander off.

We were surprised at how big this cottage was, it’s very deceptive from the photos and even from the outside of the cottage. Plenty of room for eight of us.

We booked a supermarket delivery for the Sunday morning which arrived right on time and this helped immensely as we didn’t have room for loads of food in the car and it meant we could have some frozen and bulky items delivered straight to us.

We had the best time staying at Shipshape Cottage and would definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely, well equipped cottage with nice decor. The location is fantastic - right between Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches but there was no noise from bars, restaurants etc so perfectly located. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very well-situated property near to the Island car park. It has a well-equipped kitchen that can accommodate eight people and a small patio directly off the kitchen with a bench and a bit of wet-suit hanging space. The lounge has a few games and a TV and each bedroom is nicely done and has comfortable beds. The seagulls are a bit noisy and woke us up a few times but that is nothing to do with the property! All in all, this is a lovely house and we really enjoyed our time here.

Great cottage. Well equipped only downside sofas not that comfy but didn’t spend much time on them so wasn’t a huge issue for our party.

Worth the wait. Porthmeor beach is hard to beat. We've had 3 holidays in St. Ives cancelled due to Covid and it was great to finally get there. I was a bit dubious about a street location with no sea view but having a small outside area to sit compensated. Really nice house and we will book again and come with rest of family.
