We had a lovely 2 weeks stay at Nell's cottage which is extremely well quipped and exceptionally clean. The cottage is deceptive in size and the upstairs was much bigger than we anticipated.
The location is perfect, we left our car at the rugby club and never used it our entire stay. We were very lucky with the weather so spent most of our time at the beach, the cottage was perfect to nip back to and the outdoor hose was particularly useful!
We have stayed in many places in St Ives and Nell's cottage takes some beating!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nell's Cottage. Lovely accommodation with lots of space and everything you could need. Great location - just a few minutes walk to the harbour , Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. Would definitely stay at Nell's Cottage again.¹

Location is great. Worth the lack of parking…able to park in The Sloop at 6pm for £2 if leaving by 9am. House has big bedrooms and massive beds. Lovely to be about 12 steps from Porthmeor and the harbour. Lots of equipment … nice bedding and towels etc.
