The house is amazing so clean and and well equipped. The house was in a lovey spot.

This was the second time we have stayed at Saltings Seacret and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with many extras which we really appreciated. There were not as many trains into St Ives from Lelant Saltings this time but we found it easy to park at St Erth and take the train from there and we really liked the quiet location. The walk from the property to St Ives is fabulous.

We had a lovely stay and couldn’t fault anything about the property. The beach items in the garage were a bonus and we also left our body boards and a few other beach items for the next guests to enjoy. We hope to return in the summer

Stayed here for a week visiting family in the area. Lovely clean and bright accommodation couldn’t be faulted. There were four adults and plenty of room for us, lovely comfy sofa and everything we needed in the kitchen. A very nice Cornish welcome gift of wine tea coffee and biscuits. Car parking space and use of garage very useful as we also brought bikes and did some fab bike rides over to Mousehole and up the coast to portreath. Saltings secret is very handy for visiting St Ives by foot along the coastal path or catch the train from St Erth..just one of the many places to visit. Lots of information of places to go etc in the property. We’d be very happy to return !

Stunningly beautiful. Such a relaxing, comfortable place, with the feel of ‘home from home’. The use of beach equipment we thought was a great gesture. Saltings Seacret holds a special place in my heart. We enjoyed our time there with our grandparents, son and mum. Thank you.

If you want to be a bit out of the really busy stives : This house is perfect ; much quieter location but still easy access to st ives car is bay by foot train or bus . Everything you need . Spotlessly clean house . Easily accomodates 6 people

Beautiful stylish house, immaculate with everything you would need. Good parking, quiet area. The train station nearby the timetable was poor, so we opted to drive to St Erth train station that was 2 minutes away which had plenty of parking. Even though we couldn't just walk to the station we used I would definitely stay in this area again.

We had an excellent time in Saltings Seacret! The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the equipment required to have a fantastic holiday was there and we really appreciated the welcome pack. Thank you very much!

We absolutely loved our stay at Saltings Seacret, the house was so clean and so well equipped with everything you may need, even milk was left for us! We loved the special touches that were left there. The house is central to places we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to get to them places. We got the train into St Ives from Lelant station which was a 15 minute walk. It was perfect! I’m already looking at other dates to come back, thank you so much!

Our weeks holiday at Saltings Seacret was beautifully relaxing. A real home from home......so much so that we didn't leave until quite late in the mornings for our excursions out. We had all the comforts of home needed for a chilled out stay. I would highly recommend this property for it's close proximity to amenities as well. Finally dealing with Aspects Holidays was just the easiest booking I've ever made making the whole holiday experience seamless.

Excellent property and superb location. Can't wait to return!

Birdies Bistro 5 min walk....awesome breakfast!

Our third visit to Saltings Seacret. Very comfortable and well equipped. Relaxed from the moment we arrived as it felt like home from home. Good location, quiet and walking distance of trains to St Ives or Penzance.

Property is fantastic.

The house itself was very spacious for a family of 5, including a baby. Kitchen had everything we needed, including plastic plates and cutlery for children.

Own parking space a bonus, as well as the garage space which included some great beach equipment that saved us having to bring it with us. You could park a car in there as well if needed.

I'm terms of location, again fantastic. Short drives to various great beaches such as Porthcurno, play areas and attractions. Also, there is a lovely walk from the house along the coastal path to Porthkidney Beach.

A park and ride around allows easy access to St Ives. Compared to other parts of Cornwall, the traffic is also far lighter.

Can't go wrong with this property and location at all.

The house is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet during our stay. The property is spacious and light. We would not want to sleep in the bedroom at entry level which has a sofa bed as it felt a bit chilly and basic even though the upper 2 floors were warm. I suppose it could suit teenagers and they would have their own TV. For us the location is great as you don’t have to drive into St Ives which can be very busy and tricky to find parking. We either walked in or caught the bus or train. Please note not all trains stop at Lelant/Lelant Saltings at certain times of the year. Seems completely ridiculous as the train just sails past both stops, goodness knows who decide this was a good idea given the advice on not using ours cars but to take advantage of public transport! We have always enjoyed staying in Lelant so this property was a great home from home for us.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

It is lovely to read how much you love the area, and enjoyed another stay here, and thank you for your helpful comments. Just to help reassure you about the temperature of the ground floor bedroom; as with most houses, heat rises making upper levels feel warmer, so with a bedroom downstairs, the owners have been mindful of this and had the heating system ‘balanced’ by a qualified heating engineer earlier this year, restricting the temperature through thermostatic controlled valves, so that the heat is reduced on upper floors compared to downstairs temperatures. So if it is feeling a little chilly downstairs, the heating can be turned on, without it getting too hot upstairs. It certainly is a shame that the number of stops for Lelant/Lelant Saltings has been significantly reduced and is certainly now something to bear in mind, though St Erth train station is also a short walk from the property, so it is still possible to get the train in to St Ives from there so that you can experience one of the most scenic train journeys in the country. Thanks again for highlighting this and we look forward to seeing you back here soon. Tanya, Customer Services

The property is excellent and the location is good in spite of the reduced train service from Lelant/Lelant Saltings to St Ives. We think people shouldn't be put off by this as the park and ride at St Erth is very convenient. The walk to Lelant station is also only 10 minutes. The house is comfortable and very well furnished with a welcoming and homely feel. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Quiet and beautifully furnished property. Real home from home. Everything needed for a stress free holiday was provided. Fantastic location to discover Cornwall. Our first time in this part of the country but not our last.

We loved our stay at Saltings Seacret - Aspects staff were very friendly and helpful, the house has everything you could need and is in the perfect location for seeing all corners of Cornwall. Will definitely return!

The house had everything and more! There was everything you would ever need. Perfect location for exploring and walking, beautiful views and great for eating out with local pubs nearby. Ideal for families and couples, we are already planning our return visit. I would certainly recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

Everything was fine. Great property in very convenient location. A few more tea towels would have been useful but all in all one of the best properties I have stayed in.
