This is a lovely, clean and spacious apartment in a great location. Just a short walk to the bus stops, shops and beach. Beds are very comfortable and the towels are large and soft. Easy access to the apartment and no problem with the parking. Staff are very polite and helpful. This apartment needs a washing machine. It was just my husband and I so we didn't need to use one but a family may well do and curtains in the living area would make it cosy on a dark cold night. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and holiday again in this lovely apartment.

Beach sundown was a lovely property that we really enjoyed staying in it. It’s very well located.

As a paused development construction wasn’t a problem.

Aspects holidays is THE best holiday rental company we’ve used in Cornwall across many trips. We’ll be booking again through them.

Thank you for your kind words! It's great to hear that you had a fantastic stay, and that you liked the great location of Beach Sundown - with views of the estuary, beaches, church and golf club.

It's also reassuring that the paused development didn't cause you any problems. Work has been paused for quite a while now, so while you can see evidence of work, there should be no active work taking place.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Cornwall again soon! Katy, Customer Services.

Smashing apartment , wonderful views . Some creature comforts need improved.

The apartment was very liveable in . No problem parking and the lift up to floor 3 was a godsend. The views across to Lelant and down the estuary just beautiful but you just have to lgnore the building work in front that has now ceased, The beach and Gilbert’s cafe just made it perfect.

Beach Sundown is in an ideal location for exploring the Hayle estuary and beautiful beaches nearby.Local cafes, bars and shops are all within walking distance as are bus stops and Hayle railway station which will get you anywhere in this area of Cornwall. The apartment is as good as it looks in the photos, with fabulous sunsets over the Estuary. Would definitely stay again. Phil.

Don’t let the building works put you off. The location is spot on. Lovely & clean with most mod cons, including underfloor heating. No washing machine but only stayed 4 nights so didn’t affect us. The lift was a bonus if you have mobility issues like myself & had parking outside. Hayle an excellent base for exploring Cornwall. There doesn’t appear to be many apartments with people in them yet. Gilbert’s beach bar a stone throws away & great for watching boats come & go through the estuary and the tide coming in & out.
