Thank you for a lovely stay at 9 Coopers Hawk. We found the apartment very spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. A perfect location for exploring Bude. Parking space was a bonus, too. We will return and would highly recommend this apartment and Aspects Holidays, who gave exceptional customer service. 5 stars from us.

Two lovely ladies at Aspects Holidays looked after us as we had just had a bad experience with our previous booking with another company. They sorted everything efficiently and respectfully and turned a negative into a positive for the rest of our stay. The apartment was amazing and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time!

Excellent location. 10 minutes from Budes main beach. Walking distance into town. Well equipped apartment with a well planned layout. There is a decent size balcony overlooking the road. A small starter kit was there which was great. Sainsbury’s is only 10mins walk. Good easy access parking for the car. Perfect location if you have a dog with lots of grass everywhere and plenty of bins everywhere. People welcome dogs everywhere in Bude and seem to take pride in their town as it’s very clean and friendly.

Great location - 5 minutes walk from the town and beach. Really comfortable and well thought out flat.The owners had thought of everything that people might need. Lots of nice extras too- for example the gift card for a local deli, biscuits, a coffee making machine, dishwasher and washing machine tablets.

Bude is a wonderful holiday destination with excellent beaches and fine walks along the cliff tops. The town though busy is clean and not over commercialised with a good variety of places to eat.

A vey comfortable/ modern holiday apartment. Clean bright and airy well appointed. Had everything we needed for a lovely holiday 10-15 minutes walk to beach or town centre. All kitchen mod cons, including nespresso Coffee machine a great bonus. Excellent communications and directions to reach and access the property from Aspects holidays.

Excellent property as per description. Lovely, welcoming and warm, and the owners have put a lot of thought into what visitors could need whilst in the apartment. A short drive to all amenities if walking isn't suitable. Otherwise, the car can be left when venturing out into Bude.

Very good clean well equipped apartment within walking distance of the town centre with a good sized parking space.

Lovely, very well equipped apartment within an easy, flat walk to Crooklets beach. The beach cafe does fab cocktails! Sainsbury's also within walking distance. Apartment is lovely and warm even on a cold blustery day. There's some road noise but was aware of this from other reviews. Would definitely be happy to return ??

Wonderful apartment, very clean. Everything you could want was provided.Private parking was a bonus Good location for the beaches and for walking. Slight uphill walk into the centre but worth it.Would recommend for access to all facilities.

Great apartment, very well equipped in a perfect location for Crooklets beach and a walk into town. Apartment looks modern and the furnishings are very nice. The balcony is a lovely feature but the road noise can be particularly noisy at certain times but I was aware of this before I booked. The parking space can be a little tricky to park in when all other vehicles are in position especially when some of them are large vans but it’s nice to have an allocated spot. Bude is a lovely little town that we always come back to as it has it all. Definitely worth a visit.

Very nice well equipped property 10-12 mins walk to the beach. Comfy beds and a decent size balcony to enjoy a meal in the evening sun. Good parking. Sainsbury's 10 mins away. Bude is a splendid town and the beach is glorious. Lots of dog friendly people everywhere. . The road noise may irritate some Would return and recommend to anyone.

Really lovely apartment- spotlessly clean. It only took 5 minutes to walk to the town and about 7 minutes to the beach. We had a really relaxing holiday.

A perfectly situated apartment to explore wonderful Bude and the SW coastal path! The weather wasn’t as kind to us as usual but our spirits weren’t dampened and we still enjoyed our stay! Lovely apartment, close to the beach, shops, canal and coastal path. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous apartment, brilliant location. The apartment was spotless & had everything & more we could have needed. Comfortable, warm & clean. Tastefully decorated & all mod cons. Lovely balcony which was perfect to sit on at the end of the day or in the morning. Added bonus of a private parking space.

Also a gift card from the owners for the local deli which was totally unexpected but very much appreciated.

Perfect location, just 10 minute walk to beach or centre of Bude & local shops but away from the hustle & bustle.

We we’re exceptionally lucky to have a full week of sunshine & temperatures of 18 or above in March!

Bude is a really friendly & welcoming town & we had a great time exploring.

We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. We will certainly be returning.

We have just returned from No 9, and are looking forward to booking again. Every comfort has been considered and accommodated. This is an amazing apartment, and was perfect for our stay in Bude.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have hoped for, it was very well thought out as a holiday home. The beds were comfortable, there was great storage and the kitchen and bathroom were lovely. The little details (dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, flask and picnic stuff, towels) made the difference, as did the welcome pack! Coopers Hawk was a lovely home from home.

A wonderful apartment, perfectly located for a fabulous holiday in Bude! Lots of creature comforts, making you feel at home as soon as you open the door. Close to the coastal path, beaches and town, depending on how you want to spend your days. We are booked for a return in September and I’m already counting down the days!! Really nice modern spacious apartment, only a five minute stroll to the beach and town. Modern utensils also in the apartment making it home from home. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

A lovely apartment approximately 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Beautifully equipped and tastefully furnished. Spotlessly clean throughout. I would happily go back again anytime.

Just returned from an amazing stay. Believe me when I say this Apartment really is a home from home - providing every kitchen utensil even including a cool bag for your picnics and salt and pepper. Please note there is also an iron & ironing board. You really only need to pack your clothes ...it's that easy. Highly recommended

As always the staff in the Bude office went the extra mile to make our stay do special . We even tried a few resteraunt recommendations and were pleasantly surprised.

Lovely spotlessly clean apartment situated within a few minutes walk of a lovely beach and town centre. Ideally located for all amenities, and the apartment itself sleeps 4 comfortably, and is beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained and equipped with everything you need for a home from home. The welcome arrival pack is also a lovely idea and was very gratefully received. Excellent service from Aspects holidays too. Will most definitely be looking to return next year.

We had a fantastic week in Bude, our apartment was beyond our expectations! The location was well suited for both the town and local beaches. The fixtures and fittings were top of the range and everything we needed had been supplied by the owners.

We had a lovely time staying in this beautifully appointed flat in the centre of Bude. It was great for town or the beach- only just over 5 mins from both at the most. Loved the Cornish Tea on arrival and enjoyed the complimentary nespresso pods to use with the machine too. Thoughtful treats to get your holiday off to a great start! Good standard of cleanliness and provision of essentials. Also impressed with the service of Aspects right through from booking to the friendly handing over of keys by the staff based in the local office.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location

A beautiful flat which has been well thought out. We loved having the smart TVs for the kids in the evenings, the underfloor heating in the bathroom, and the nespresso machine with pods! Beautifully furnished and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to be back soon!

We've just returned from a week's stay in Apartment 9 Cooper's Hawk. The apartment is beautifully finished and it is clear that a great deal of thought has gone into providing the things that you will need when staying away from home. A great time had by all and we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to families and dogs!
