Amazing view from the property which is in a great location.

Superb property brilliant location.

One of the best cottage locations in Cornwall.

Had an amazing time staying at Seaview Cottage. The view was amazing over the beach & the wonderful sunsets. The master bedroom was massive, plenty of room for an en suite. Only downside is that you have little privacy due to the closeness of next door & the hotel at the back.

It's great to hear you had an amazing time at the property; the view certainly speaks for itself! We are sorry to hear you feel there was little privacy between the surrounding buildings, the location is a popular holiday accommodation spot, but we hope you agree that having the beach right on your doorstep and those spacious views make it an unmissable area. We hope we will be able to welcome you back again soon. Phoebe, Customer Services

Sea cottage what an amazing property stayed here in April (5 adults) plenty of space and everything well stocked The sun terrace was an added bonus we took full advantage here of the views over st ives bay and star gazing at night. access directly to the beach and cozy cafe tucked in the cliff for coffee and breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again despite the long journey great base for exploring North and west Cornwall

Fabulous stay! Great location, well equipped house and good parking. We enjoyed the walk to Hayle and the walk to Gwithian. It was easy to get out with the car to do shopping or visit other attractions in the area. The choice of beaches is also good. Lots of life guarded spots to swim.

What can we say Sea Cottage is the perfect location for amazing views of the sunset and St Ives. A short walk down to the beach, which is easy for everyone to access. Sea Cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The upside down house is a firm favourite for our family so much we are already booked for 2024!

Perfect location for a beach holiday but be aware the section of the beach closest the property does become inaccessable at high tide. But there's plenty of space in the bays either side.

Wonderful cottage with amazing sea views!! Great base to explore the local area either by the costal paths, trains or car.

Another lovely stay at Sea Cottage and the views were just as good as we remembered!

The new carpet downstairs was much improved but the bathrooms are now looking even more tired and in need of renovation to maintain the standard of the property. Could an en suite also be made from the large master bedroom to make better use of the space?

No spare bin liners were left (one isn’t enough for a week and nothing for recycling!).

We mentioned to Aspects we needed another and also mentioned the bathroom pull cord which was way too high! A partial fix was eventually made but it didn’t look great and wasn’t that much longer!

All in all, a great cottage and we will be back, if these fixes could be made then it would be perfect.

We are pleased you enjoyed your returning stay at Sea Cottage, and that those great views lived up to your memories! We aim to offer a wide range of properties that we hope will meet the different budgets, differing requirements and individual tastes. Whilst this property is not marketed as one of our higher end/modern properties, the owners usually keep it well maintained. Your comments have been automatically passed on to the owners so they can consider any suggestions for future improvements, and we will of course continue to monitor any further feedback.

We are sorry if there were not enough bin bags in the property to get you started with your stay, this is certainly something that should have been left for you, so we do apologise for any inconvenience caused here. However, we are pleased that we could help with a temporary fix with the light cord.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, and we very much look forward to welcoming you back to Cornwall again soon. Katy, Customer Services.

Absolutely stunning views from Sea Cottage everything you need for a great holiday

Sea Cottage is a beautiful property in a wonderful position. Well furnished to a high standard, we had a wonderful holiday, even the weather was great.

The view from Sea Cottage was absolutely amazing and the location just a few steps from the huge expanse of Hayle beach was perfect. There was generous parking for 3 cars here and there was plenty of room inside for us (6 adults and a child). A superb cottage for our October half term break. The weather was very kind and we found ourselves most days walking right along the whole stretch of the lovely beach and seeing the seals from above in the cove the other side of Godrevy. I can highly recommend the cottage and indeed we would have loved to return next October but it is already booked!

Perfect location, perfect property, great for a group of friends or for a family, book it! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing cottage, great location, love the place!

We have just had our third stay at Sea Cottage and we absolutely love it here! It has recently had the bedrooms decorated including carpets and furniture and it’s really given it a boost (not that it needed it!) The views are outstanding it really is a great spot. The balcony area is fab, we spent every evening sat there with a cheeky glass of wine or a coffee. Inside it has everything you need, kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. There is nothing to fault here at Sea Cottage if you are lucky enough to stay here you will not be disappointed. The Upside Down House is a brilliant house for a family holiday! We can’t wait until next year!

Awesome cottage. Its right over the beach, the views are amazing. We came when the weather started getting really hot so the sea breeze was a godsend. It was very clean, and the two twins are lovely. The small double is very cosy, the master double is humungous, a bit on the large side, so if you are two families it is a bit of an uneven split. The cottage is very well located for St Ives and also Godrevy and the beaches. I recommend using the train park and ride to St. Ives.

brilliant holiday. view from the cottage outstanding. upstairs part of cottage brilliant but downstairs needs updating especially bathroom and shower room. an ensuite should be considered for the big main bedroom the views were breathtaking from the cottage thankyou

This property is all about those views, and whilst it is not the most modern of properties, the owners have tried to provide a comfortable property that provides their guests with everything that they should need. We try to show the style of décor as best as possible, but a lot can happen in properties in a short space of time, so we will check on everything in the next inspection and pass on any feedback to the property owner. Thank you for taking the time to send this in. We are glad that you liked it. Tanya, Customer Services

Stunning property, amazing view, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, good sized rooms, great outdoors space. A dream property in a great location, we can't wait to return.

Toilet roll and bin bags were not provided and we weren't made aware of this, the shop nearby is extremely expensive to purchase them. The dishwasher does not work well and the drier for clothes doesn't work at all. On top of this, having to do our own bed linen was slightly shocking for what we paid, it gives the impression that the home is not deep cleaned but just checked over. The outside of the cottage needs fresh paint, as do some bedrooms as there were dirt marks on the walls. The bedroom windows didn't open so we could not get any fresh air and it was suffocating. There were ants everywhere downstairs on the carpets when we arrived and when we left.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are so sorry that the housekeeper for this property had not provided you with bin bags and a couple of toilet rolls to get you started. They should have done, and had we had known at the time, as well as known about the issue with the dishwasher and tumble drier, we would have requested they return with them straight away and had trades attend. These have since been fixed and the windows were checked and confirmed as all working as intended. The ant issue sounds very odd. We have not had this reported before or since, but we will keep a very close eye on that. We really would have loved to have helped in addressing anything so that you could enjoy your time there more, so it is such a shame that we had not had this opportunity. We have passed on suggestions to the owner about a re-paint inside and out. They usually do this regularly, but there will be wear and tear in between, so we have made them aware. Thanks for letting us know and we are sorry again that you were disappointed. Tanya, Customer Services

This is the second time we have stayed at Sea cottage. Since our first visit 3 years ago new carpets have been layed down stairs in the bedrooms and the rooms have been freshly painted. It has easy access to the beach and a sea view that you can't get enough of. A beautiful house in a superb location. We look forward to coming again in the future.

The house is in the most beautiful location with w very well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful week in Sea Cottage, already missing the views. We love the beach and view over St Ives. The house was really clean, and well kept. There is nothing not to love with staying here. Lovely walk along the beach to The Bluff to enjoy a drink (or two) whilst watching the sunset, however equally enjoyable from the decking in Sea Cottage! We absolutely loved our stay and are already on count down to 2022!! My children call it the “Upside down house” and we have created so many memories staying here for the second time.

This has to one of the best properties in Hayle for location and comfort ! Everything you need is at the cottage and the rooms are very comfortable!

Been staying in hayle for many years but never had a view like this! More than 180° uninterrupted views when on the decked area. The kitchen was more equipped than mine at home. The furnishings are more up to date than in the photos and new sofa and armchairs. The pictures do not do this property justice as the master bedroom is massive! Very impressed with our stay. Most definitely be booking again when we get the chance!

Lovely cottage in a nice and quiet location ideally situated to walk to the beach and a local pub.

Our family had a lovely time and look forward to going back again.

Would highly recommend

Sea Cottage is a cottage by the sea. You could not get much closer to the sea or a better view of St. Ives bay. If you want a cottage by the sea, on a great beach then this is the place.

The facilities within the cottage a great. It has four very comfortable bedrooms with comfortable beds, a utility room with washing machine should it be required, and a beer/wine fridge.

The upstairs living room, kitchen diner makes the most of the views and is all well fitted and comfortable.

Then there is the deck, a great place to sit and have breakfast and enjoy the peace and quiet, morning sunshine and the view.

Kids enjoyed the big screen TV for the Euros, whilst we walked the 100 yards to the beach to swim and surf.

There is ample parking, so we did not have to move cars around.

A great place to go and relax.

The position of the cottage was probably the best in Hayle. The decking was perfect to enjoy the sun and watch the activity on the beach, the view to Carbis Bay and St Ives, and the wonderful sunsets. The cottage itself was lovely and parking spaces were very convenient. The master bedroom was huge, and would easily be big enough for an en suite, although the 2 bathrooms were very close. For the less able, bear in mind that this is an upside down layout with bedrooms and both bathrooms on the ground floor. There is no bathroom or w.c. on the upper floor where you will find the open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and decked balcony.

Great place and a wonderful location. Could not ask for more

We arrived back at Sea Cottage and certainly weren’t disappointed by the view! Amazing location. Missing it already and hope to be back soon!

We had a fabulous stay at Sea Cottage. The views are stunning and there are some great walks from the property. The ease of access to the beach made it ideal for us to come and go and the beach was huge so never felt busy. The house is well equipped and comfortably absorbed the 7 of us staying there. We could happily have stayed longer and would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful location, excellent staff at Aspects holidays very good with information despite COVID. The cleaners need a mention lovely presented and well clean thank you Mick spooner SALISBURY

We had a lovely stay. Excellent location and amazing sea view.

Sea Cottage will be everything you are looking for in a holiday home, top location, the very best views in Hayle. The beach is just a short 2 minuet walk away. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony on a hot sunny afternoon with a glass or two of wine, perfect !! Totally chilled here after a week @ Sea Cottage 10/10

Superb accommodation with stunning views

Sea Cottage is a lovely cottage with fantastic views. It is an ideal location for the beach, local shop, cafe and pub.

The beautiful sea views make it a really relaxing tranquil spot to stay and our group had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Cottage is in a amazing position for a relaxing holiday and watching spectacular sun sets.

Sea Cottage is a stunning location, the balcony has beautiful views of the beach and is lovely to sit and have a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on. We would recommend Sea Cottage was perfect for our family holiday.

Sea View is a beautiful property with the most amazing views. Beach is on the doorstep which makes it the ideal location for a family holiday . Amazing.

What an amazing view at Sea Cottage! Quite possibly the best one in Hayle. When we arrived the new sofas were a nice welcome and muchly appreciated. If the bedroom layout downstairs was addressed this could potentially be the nicest cottage in Hayle - there is one over sized double bedroom and one very small - tricky when adults in the party. Also, the bathrooms are possibly a bit tired and if upgraded would really set this place apart from the others. We both struggled to reach the showers as they are very high! Overall, we had a lovely stay and are missing the view already!

We enjoyed our week at Sea Cottage. The plus points were: Quiet location, great view, easy beach access, comfortable lounge furniture, good large TV, Wifi.

The points which could have been better were minor but were still valid for us: Double bed in smallest room near front door was not very comfortable. Might be fine for others. The sloping ceiling in living area didn't give enough headroom walking around the large table - a few bumped heads for the taller people. The child stair gates were not easy to fit so we didn't bother using.

Thank you for your review. We were sorry to hear that you found one of the beds to be uncomfortable. It can be very difficult to find mattresses that will suit everyone and it is disappointing to hear that it was not to your preference. We haven't heard of this being an issue before, so for now, we will monitor comments to keep an eye on guest's preferences over the coming months. Thank you also for your helpful comments about the ceiling height; we try to show the sloped ceiling on the photos and how this may restrict height in certain areas, but it can be difficult to get a full appreciation of this. We are glad that you enjoyed your time here and we hope that we can look forward to welcoming you back to Cornwall again soon. Ben, Customer Services.

Had an amazing week in this fantastic house...a real home from home. Party of 7 covering 3 generations...never felt overcrowded...the views are incredible and to have the use of the balcony a bonus...will definitely return

What a cottage and what a location/views. Once you have been there you will not want to come home. Can't wait to come back

WOW!!!!!! What lovely views from the living room, balcony and roof windows of the blue sea and clean beach the scenery beyond was fantastic as well. The cottage was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. the little shop at the end of lane was convenient and in walking distance The cottage was central to a lot of places to journey out to. Hayle had places to eat or take away. We will definitely be going back. LOVED IT!!!!!!!

I have already sent a review but certainly the photos do not do the cottage justice. The views are simply breathtaking and the white sandy beach two minutes away is fantastic. There is also a little beach cafe just round the corner that sells lovely breakfasts, lunches and ice cream - much better than the usual beach cafe and even catered for gluten free! The beaches are beautifully clean and the sea is crystal clear. I would highly recommend this property and if the weather is good it feels like you are in the South of France!

Great cottage, with brilliant views of the water. As kitesurfers, we had perfect access to the water.

Excellent property with great views. Internal decor. comfort and facilities are all first class. Would definitely recommend this cottage

I was a little unsure about being close to caravan site and other properties but this wasn't a problem at all. Fantastic views, so close to the beach, well equipped and not far to travel to visit other places. Had a lovely week with family, and will go back if we can!

we all had a wonderful week the cottage was perfect the scenery was beautiful so easy to get to the beach ,will certainly go back .

One of the very best places we've stayed on holiday. The gallery pictures are good but cannot do the real thing justice. A wonderful cottage.

Fantastic location and perfect place to enjoy a glass of something cold with exceptional sea views.
