We had a fantastic week at Cannery Row, the house is stunning and we all felt very relaxed soaking up the views and the gorgeous weather. The welcome pack and extra touches made it all the bit extra special. We would highly recommend.

Having been looking forward to our stay at 4 Cannery Row I can say it lived up to our expectations and way beyond. What a wonderful place. It was immaculately clean and welcoming with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biccies on our arrival. There was also a welcome pack for our dog too which was really thoughtful. He loved it too. The location was perfect for the beach, town, local eateries and the train station. The view from the two amazing balconies was exceptional. Watching the human and wild life coming and going was lovely. Waking to the gentle sounds of oyster catchers and curlews was wonderful. There was everything we could possibly need in the kitchen.
The bathrooms were great, bedrooms were lovely especially ours with the balcony and sliding door. The beds were extremely comfy and the cotton bedding was superb. All in all a really wonderful place, we will be back. My grandson particularly enjoyed Alexa. Thanks you for a terrific stay.

We loved our holiday at 4 Cannery Row — it was everything we hoped for.
Ending each day relaxing on the balcony, looking out over the estuary, was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better: the shops, Philps pasty shop (home of the most amazing pasties!), the train station, and the beach are all just a short walk away.

We will definitely be returning next year.

We loved our week here! As a multigenerational trip there was something for everyone. We all loved the beach and the proximity to so many activities! We’ve golfed, surfed, hiked and cooked up a storm in the fabulous kitchen. The views from the balconies when the tide is in are unparalleled and deserve a sundowner! Just a lovely chilled out stay.

A last minute weeks stay at 4 canary row. We have stayed in these town houses several times now with different holiday let companies but this was our first stay with aspects holiday company. Service and booking was very easy. Pre arrival information perfect and useful. House as a whole was cosy and the decor beautiful. There was some areas that let the house down such as cleanliness of bathrooms, rug, couch and even the windows internally had handprints all over them. We are very understanding of the fact it’s a quick turn around and busy period but for the price of paying to stay in these beautiful homes, we shouldn’t have to compromise these things and I’m sure as a service this is something you’d want to improve on. The house is spacious, modern and the view with the bifold doors open is something else. The location is by far our favourite. We spent so many days/evenings with our children (12,10,4 and 3m) at the beach in front of Gilbert’s just 2 minutes walk down the road and this was very wholesome. One of the most appealing things is you can easily drive to other areas as a lot of tourist places are within 30-60 mins. This visit we went to fowey, mousehole and then further afield to lost gardens of heligan in st Austell. We have been to this area 5 times before and it gets better each time we come back. St erth train station - st Ives is a must if you haven’t done this before. Despite the cons of cleanliness, we had an amazing week as always in Cornwall and the comfort and ease of this house definitely contributed. Will we return back? If the price was right yes, but I’m glad we got a last minute discount.

Just returned from our Holiday at 4 Cannery Row. What a lovely place. Always something to watch with the lovely views over the harbour. Lovely walks to the local beach and perfectly sited for days out. We had a call on our way down on arrival day to say the accommodation was ready early, which was a lovely touch and was greatly appreciated.

We had one issue with hairs on one of the beds on arrival, but this was swiftly sorted with a call to Aspects and someone sent out to respond. The EV charger that is included in the cost, was very Hit & Miss. Some nights it charged fully, other nights it gave me 10%! This meant I had to pay extra to charge at local services. Not very good! Apart from that I would definitely recommend and will return if they can sort the charging.

Excellent modern property where we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it is well equipped and comfortable. Just one word of caution the living accommodation is only accessible by steep stairs
