Westways
Carbis Bay

£718 - £1995 per week
Book

Escape to Westways; a spacious, family sized, holiday home, located only a short walk from the fabulous golden sands of Carbis Bay Beach. This beautifully bright property sleeps up to eight guests, offering stylish comfort, whatever the time of year. Step inside and you will find four well-appointed bedrooms, three of which feature en suites, ideal for families sharing. The sitting room, complete with woodburner, will keep you toasty throughout the seasons, for cosy evenings playing games, or catching up in front of the large Smart TV. For those that wish to have a different zone to relax in, the sun filled conservatory lends itself perfectly, with French doors opening out onto the patio. Outside, the sheltered patio area provides a delightful spot to sit and relax, whether you're dining al fresco, or soaking up the sun with a glass of something cool after a busy day of exploring the coast.

Action and adventure are close at hand, with Carbis Bay Beach within a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill to the cove, with paddle boarding, and kayaking on offer, or a place to simply unwind and recharge in the sun. Should you be able to tear yourself away from the beach, the neighbouring town of St Ives is a 40-minute walk, via the southwest coastal path, or hop on the branch line where a gentle train ride will lead you into the picturesque town of St Ives. Here you will find something for all the family, whether it's a laid-back afternoon of ambling along the cobbled streets perusing the shops, or a visit to the Barbara Hepworth Museum, finished off with lunch in one of the many fabulous eateries St Ives has on offer. Perhaps exploring the stunning and rugged coastline on foot is on your 'to do' list, if so, the southwest coastal path can be picked up within easy walking distance. With parking for up to three cars you can easily explore further afield, and a visit to one of the many nearby beauty spots is a must, such as Godrevy Lighthouse, or the quaint fishing village of Mousehole on the south coast. However, if arriving by train the train station is located just a 10 min walk from Westways.
