Lovely accommodation within easy walking distance from the beach. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, well equipped.

Only drawbacks were the fridge which was far too small for six adults and, rather oddly, no washhand basin in the upstairs loo! If these two shortcomings were addressed, we would happily book Sunrise again on any future visit to Carbis Bay.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your feedback following your stay at Sunrise, we are pleased you found the property to have everything you needed during your holiday.

It's a shame to hear that you found the fridge to be small, your comments have been passed across to the owners for them to take into consideration for future improvements. We also try to advertise the property's layout as clearly as possible, with the property description listing the upstairs WC being in a separate room to the basin. We're sorry if this was not what you were expecting.

Despite this, we hope we can welcome you back to Sunrise again in the future. Katy, Customer Services.

Lovely, cosy and surprisingly spacious house, with sea views and long garden. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk (15 mins) to Carbis Bay beach and bit further walk into St Ives (30 mins), but we were happy to walk everywhere. Tesco is practically next door so very handy.

We stayed at Sunrise in February 2024 - fabulous! We loved the house. It was well-equipped, comfortable and clean. Location was great - walking distance to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach, close to amenities and a lovely sea view. We would definitely book this property again.

Had a wonderful stay at sunrise. The location is great for walking into St Ives, or catching the bus if needed. The cottage kitchen is well equipped and was more than adequate to prepare meals for a family of 5. The view from the main bedroom is amazing. Located near local amenities Great stay ??

Very pleasant stay at this well equipped and well located property.

Amazing holiday cottage for families. Kitted out with all the gear needed for a stay with young children from the toilet seats to the toys and night lights. The sea view was amazing and the back garden was a lovely sunny haven for relaxing after a long day out. The cottage location was perfect for walking to beach, nipping to Tesco or catching bus into St Ives. We enjoyed meals at the Gannet Inn, La Casita and Becks fish and chips, all walking distance.

parking a little tight but you get used to it Tesco store very helpful 1 minute walk nice view from bedroom

We are pleased that you enjoyed your time at Sunrise; having supermarkets, shops, and the beach all just a few minutes away is a great advantage! It's a shame to hear that you found the parking to be tight, we try to advertise this as clearly as possible by including dimensions and the fact that the space is located down a narrow lane, but we can appreciate those with larger cars may find it a squeeze. If you ever have any questions about parking before a stay, we encourage you to get in touch so we can assist however possible. Katy, Customer Services.

Lovely home from home, with a great location for town and train.

Amazing location, beautiful views from bedroom and living room. Great space for holiday home cosy but not crowded. Love have child friendly the property is such as the toilet seat and toys/books. Amazing garden and parking was great (little tight for big car)

We enjoyed an excellent early season break in this comfortable cottage. The cottage is very well equipped to a high standard and was very welcoming for our arrival. Great for us as a couple, the coast path between St Ives and Carbis Bay is only 5 minutes walk and the bus stops outside if you've got tired legs!
