We had a lovely holiday at South Parc, its a lovely modern house with everything you could need and very clean, enjoyed visiting all our favorite places.

South Parc is fabulous, everything you need + more! Excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

South Parc is a lovely property, loads of space for a family of 4 and very well equipped, Carbis Bay is an excellent location for visiting Cornwalls attractions and the beach is stunning. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, our only complaint was the garden, the grass was overgrown and lots of weeds, we also had to clear up dog poo. Aspects are definitely one of the best holiday companies we have used and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for providing your feedback following your stay at South Parc, we are so pleased you had a lovely stay and that you took advantage of the great location of the property to explore the local beaches. We are so sorry that you were disappointed with the garden, as this is certainly not how we want guests to feel with any area of the property, or our service. Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to rectify these areas of concern, so that your holiday could get back on track. We'll certainly keep an eye on this moving forward so thank you for getting in touch after your stay. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back to Cornwall again soon. Katy, Customer Services.

South Parc is an ideal property and the location is very convenient for so many places without going in and out of St.Ives. The property is very spacious with an enclosed garden, we were a party of four adults but safe for children too. The kitchen is well equipped and the wine chiller is a very good size! Off road parking was great for our two largish vehicles and the garage could also be used. It is a 30/40 minute walk along part of the coastal path down into St Ives where there are many small art galleries and places to eat and admire the views. Porthmeor Cafe has an excellent menu, food and view, we visited it twice but it is a good idea to book. We did a few coastal walks at Sennen and Praa Sands and Marazion with easy parking. Traigwainton National Trust Gardens were delightful too. Aspects are a super company and we have holidayed with them numerous times and their service is excellent. We have another holiday booked with them in September in Sennen but this is a property we would like to return to next year.

A wonderful week spent in very lovely South Parc. A fabulous luxury property, conveniently situated with good parking in Carbis Bay. There were six of us- all adults- and the open plan layout was socially perfect for us and all three bedrooms provided equal comfort.A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Excellent service , excellent property , location perfect .

South parc is a beautiful house with everything you could need in a holiday home. We had a lovely weeks stay there and would definitely recommend it to friends.

What a wonderful luxury property, the standard of cleanliness, fixtures and fittings was of the highest standard, very comfy beds, plenty of space for everyone in the large open plan living/dining area. Thanks aspects for yet another great holiday.

Had a lovely week away at this property, it felt like home from home they thought about everything you could possible need to make you feel comfortable. Location was also excellent!

We had a great week at South Parc. It's a lovely property and had most things we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The location allows easy access to explore west Cornwall and is within walking distance to both St.Ives train station and town centre. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave!
