Sea Blue, Gwel Marten
Carbis Bay

£519 - £1442 per week
Book

Sea Blue is a spacious and comfortable ground floor apartment where access is gained via a private courtyard. It has direct access to the patio and gardens; a feature incorporated into the stunning bay window with panoramic views. Another advantage comes from being at the end of the terrace; you can sit outside in your own corner of the garden and watch the sun go down over Porthminster Point. Then when the air cools a bit, just move a few steps back into the sitting room and still enjoy exactly the same panorama.

Gwel Marten Apartments sit in an enviable position perched on Headland Road, the last road before making the final descent to Carbis Bay's Blue Flag accredited beach with commanding views across Carbis Bay beach to St Ives. From Gwel Marten you can take in everything from the comfort and tranquility of your own sitting room. Gwel Marten has direct access to the South West Coast Path via the apartments' communal garden. Head right, past Hawkes Point to Porthkidney Beach, or turn left and in half an hour be right in the heart of St Ives. Or, why not use the picturesque branch line instead? You'll find Carbis Bay's train station just around the corner via which St Ives can be reached within four minutes! -

We have been visiting Sea Blue for nearly 20 years and it still remains our favourite holiday. It has now become an annual pilgrimage. If we don’t visit we get withdrawal symptoms. It feels like home from home and it has created so many wonderful memories for our family.

Sea blue at Gwel Marten is a fantastically located apartment with exceptional views across Carbis bay and St Ives. The apartment had all we needed and was very clean and comfortable, this is our second visit to this accommodation, we have already booked again for next year ! The location is a fantastic base to explore the gorgeous coast line, good access to the carbis bay beach (where a couple of seals and a pup were swimming close to the shoreline every day- added bonus ??) and a little train station just a couple minutes walk away to take you into st Ives, hassle free!
