Absolutely amazing place!

Incredible views and a great location! Ideal place for costal walking and relaxing evenings. Would highly recommend, we’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovey apartment overlooking beach with beautifully positioned furniture to take in views ! . Amenities were brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

The photos on the website show you this is going to be a good holiday home but when you get there everything just exceeds your expectations. The comfort of the home is excellent and the unspoilt views inspiring. This is a place you can just relax and enjoy doing nothing.

This was our second stay at the Penthouse and, as per last year, we very much enjoyed it. The property is well equipped and the views are amazing making it a great place to holiday, year round in sun or storm.

Its proximity to the glorious beach is a major plus as are the local walks or runs; especially the one up Hendra Lane to Tregonning Hill (what a view!) and back through Germoe. Or the short drive to Porthleven - a must-see when there's a high tide with a strong sou' westerly blowing. Eating out? We strongly recommend Kota in Porthleven as a restaurant to spoil yourself in.

As a bonus, the Aspects staff are very helpful and lovely to deal with.

What a beautiful well maintained property in a superb location. The panoramic ocean view is amazing. A quiet retreat with simple facilities close by and a short trip to bigger towns.

If you're looking to stay somewhere with incredible views look no further! This penthouse is truly stunning, really light open spacious living space with amazing views from every room.

Haven't been home long and already missing it; Praa Sands is a really lovely place to be and in short driving distance of a lot of great places to visit.

The penthouse has everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay

Thank you so much; so glad we found it!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views.

Second visit to this brilliant property. Just booked again for 2024.

We loved our stay here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed in the Penthouse itself. The views were great from every window and to hear the waves constantly, was amazing. We would definitely come again.

Great location, watch out for steps to dining area, could be cleaner particularly bathrooms and showers.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are glad that you liked it here, though sorry if any areas of cleaning were not to the high standards that you, or we would expect. We would have had the housekeeper return immediately had we been aware of that at the time, as we would always want guests to be comfortable and happy with their chosen property. Thank you for letting us know now though so that we could follow this up with the housekeeper there. Tanya, Customer Services

We had the most amazing time, the apartment was gorgeous, spacious, and we had everything we needed, so much so we could not Tare ourselves away from the view to go out anywhere apart from the beautiful beach. Sea views from every room. The bedding, towels lovely. dressing gowns and slippers were a lovely touch. We loved the log burner so cozy. A great surprise on arriving prosseco and a cream tea , eggs milk butter bread. These little touches all make a welcoming difference. Great service aspects holidays won’t use anyone else now Thankyou and can’t wait to book again.

We had a lovely stay in the Penthouse which offers superb views out over Praa Sands and the sea. Great in any weather. We very much appreciated the bottle of bubbly and the scones with Cornish clotted cream on arrival.

The property is very close to excellent local amenities such as the Old Post Office cafe and Sandy's 'corner' shop both of which are staffed by really friendly folk.

Praa Sands is marvelous base for walking: along the unspoilt beach and nearby cliff pathways or for the slightly more intrepid, inland up to the war memorial on Tregonning Hill which offers some of the best panoramic views in this part of Cornwall. Marazion & St Michael's Mount, Penzance and St Ives are all within easy driving distance.

All up, a great place from which to get away from it all.

We absolutely loved the apartment which was full of natural light and warm. The facilities were good but feel that the supply of glassware was short. Only three wine glasses which was difficult when we had friends over for dinner. The welcome scones, cream and jam and milk and eggs were great. As was the bottle of fizz. Much appreciated. We were very sad to leave. We’ve booked again for September 2023. Can’t wait to return. Chris and John

Just returned from this loverly property. It is well equipped and just a short walk to the fantastic beach. The property is as described and was larger than we expected from the photos. Two very minor points, the parking space is small and difficult to manoeuvre in and out of, and bedroom curtains are not blackout ones. So if you go in the summer and like a lay in take a sleep mask. These points didn’t distract from the lovely property which I would highly recommend

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your feedback. The parking space will not suit all cars and would also be something worth considering if you are not the most confident driver. We try to highlight the access and size of the space as best as possible within the website description, but anyone interested in booking can always call the team here to make further enquiries about it before deciding if it will be suitable. We are sorry if you found the bedrooms a little too light. It can be quite difficult for owners to choose suitable curtains as some guests love blackout curtains for late, relaxing lie ins, and others love to have the light coming in in the mornings and prefer an earlier start to make the most out of the day. But as you have suggested, nothing that a sleeping mask can't help with :-) We are glad that you had a great time here and that it worked well for your party. We hope to see you back again one day. Tana, Customer Services

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. The place is very comfortable, well appointed, and the ocean views from every room are breathtaking. Short walk to beach and coastal paths. We had a lovely holiday.

What a place! We've just returned from a wonderful week, the description and photos are spot on, a sea view from every room! We arrived to prosecco and scones, a lovely surprise after a long journey. The accommodation offers everything needed and more. We spent hours watching the boats out on the sea with the spotting scope provided. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the sea every day was such a treat. The walk down to the beach only took a few minutes and not too difficult even when loaded up with beach kit! We'd recommend Beachview Penthouse to anyone, it's just beautiful!

Fabulous property and location at Praa Sands. What a view from all the windows and close to the beach. Well appointed penthouse in which we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Super beach for sunbathing, surfing and enjoyed both the beach bar and restaurant over. Porthleven was a delight and the restaurant Amelies simply fabulous. Parking a bit tight so certainly 14 foot car a maximum. A brilliant week in lovely Cornwall.

We loved the views, they are amazing and just as shown on the website! The beds are super comfy with lovely pillows and duvet. The peace and quiet was absolutely wonderful and so relaxing. Well stocked crockery and pans and the kitchen is great. The whole property was spotlessly clean. We hope to return to the property for another fabulous week!

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It was the perfect place. We had everything we needed in a beautiful location.

This is a truly wonderful place right next to a great beach with wonderful views over the sea. It's important to note the restriction on parking area size ; the advice about car length really means it!

Amazing views of beach and surfers from every room, we counted 95 surfers on one day, the telescope is very useful. First class furniture in lounge and bedrooms, heavy oak side tables and very comfy beds. The ensuite bedroom has twin aspects and a 4 poster bed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the 3 storey oven includes a microwave and plate warming oven. 2 receptions, open plan, one with settee large Smart tv and dining table, the other with settee, a huge circular spinning chair, breakfast table and of course the amazing balcony. Parking any car longer than a Golf in front of the garage is not possible, although a nearby 2nd parking space is available. We booked Sunday lunch at the nearby Coach and Horses, and returned there on the Friday, also dined at The Godolphin in Marazion, lovely views of St Michael’s Mount all lit up. Also enjoyed days out at Porthleven (20 mins) and St Ives (30 mins)

Lovely penthouse apartment, had everything we needed. Great view from all windows. Very comfortable. Welcome bread, scones etc there for us when we arrived. Tell us when we can move in ??

The most wonderful location, with amazing views. It is hard to drag yourself away from Beachview. The property is very comfortable, with quality furnishings and fittings. Fabulous space to sip the chilled Prosecco (thank you Aspects-Holidays), watch the waves during the day and the stars at night. I can hardly wait to return!!

The view is spectacular and the location is amazing - only a few minutes' walk down to the most stunning beach and we were able to easily explore this amazing part of Cornwall from Praa Sands. We went to St. Ives, Mousehole, Carbis Bay, Sennen Cove, Lands End, Porthleven, all within a short drive. The fact that you can enjoy the view from every room is an incredible feature. The apartment is really well-equipped and the owners have clearly put a great deal of thought into the guests' experience. There are some really lovely little touches that make a huge difference, such as the welcome food and drinks which we really appreciated. Also other minor things that all positively contribute to your overall experience such as the fact that there are lots of hangers in every wardrobe and plenty of drawers and storage space, the fact there was a hoover and other cleaning materials so we could keep on top of the cleanliness throughout the week and probably loads more things I've missed out! The beds are really comfortable and the sun room is a beautiful space. We also loved the wood burner and enjoyed some cosy fires while storms raged outside!

What a fantastic location!

We have just come back from an amazing week. The penthouse is just like the picture and the views are amazing. Can’t beat waking up everyday to those views. We wouldn’t change a thing and was happy from booking to coming home. Highly recommend this cottage and area was so peaceful and not busy at all

Beautiful apartment with absolutely spectacular views from all rooms. The place is spacious and everything we needed. fully equipped with wetsuits, bodyboards, and a hose in the garage to wash off sandy feet and suits. The kitchen appliances are great ..just take some tea spoons as was running low. Lovely surprise of a bottle of fizz, scones, and fresh bread on arrival. looking forward to returning next year.

We stayed at Beachview Penthouse in Praa Sands for a week. This apartment is incredible. It is in a fantastic location, a minutes walk from the beach. Easy access to a nice bar and local stores. The apartment itself had everything you would need with the most incredible balcony and views. The Aspects staff were brilliant. On arrival there was a minor issue with the apartment and following a call to a lovely lady at Aspects we had a maintenance chap with us within 30 minutes. The attention to detail was great and we arrived to a bottle of bubbly , scones and clotted cream as a welcome. Such a nice touch. The parking is certainly worth checking carefully as there is a ridge / slope in front of the garage and I scraped the base of my car (an Octavia) numerous times. There is alternative parking down the road which worked well. There are plenty of coastline walks available directly from the property which are worth doing. A brilliant week even though we shared the area with 6500 additional police and 400 US secret service due to the G7 summit! I would highly recommend Aspects holidays and this apartment for anyone wanting a quiet couples break or a family beach holiday. Brilliant service, brilliant apartment.

Simply stunning and amazing views. A wonderful holiday retreat even though the rain didn't stop. We have booked again for next year and can't wait.

Amazing views, we'll be back!

Beachveiw Penthouse surpassed our high expectations. Amazing views. Lovely and quiet yet within easy reach of all you need for a seaside holiday.Great kitchen to cook in with amazing views from kitchen window.Waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the sea a real treat.

Beachview Penthouse, lives up to the name and the description. We spent a week in the property at the end of August, the property was clean with everything you would need for a day on the beach. The property is a good size with some really nice features, this allows for some quality family time or space if needed. Its location is great for a simple day on the beach, cliff top walk or to explore some of the lovely places in Cornwall.

Brilliant property which we will be returning to next year.

Amazing property just as Aspect Holidays had described. We had a wonderful experience and we are certain to book again.

Our first time to Praa Sands and we will definitely be back. This apartment’s outstanding feature is definitely the fabulous views

Wow wow wow, myself and my husband was visiting this lovely accommodation for a celebratory week in March 2020, upon arrival we was transfixed with the fantastic sea views, once we began to explore the penthouse this was soon realised each room came with this beautiful view. The decor was cleverly matched to the open surroundings, this was a delightful comfortable home from home property that made us feel very relaxed. On the other hand the world was unfolding a reality of an unprecedented pandemic.. therefore due to social distancing this gave us both a limited discovery of this wonderful part of our country. We was well informed from the Penzance team throughout the process of booking/payments and information pack that was received prior to the holiday. I would undoubtably recommend to everyone thinking of staying here or the area of Praa Sands and not to hesitate on this as a fantastic staycation.

An absolutely lovely flat with all the space, comfort and gorgeous views you could hope for. Just be advised that if your car is anything bigger than a Golf/Focus/Astra and not a high-riding SUV or similar, the parking space will be unusable, so you will have to walk a considerable distance to where you'll have to leave it instead. But that's the only caveat really, as it's a fantastic place with a very airy, light and cosy atmosphere. We will definitely be happy to return!

This without doubt this is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. It is well equipped, tastefully decorated with stunning unimpeded views of the Praa Sands coast line. We did have a wonderful holiday except for the weather of which is beyond our control. Cornwall is a beautiful location, and the area in and around Praa Sand is amazing for walking. Places to eat in Porthleven are fantastic. Sadly, we did experience some issues where attention to detail with servicing procedures and decoration could have been prevented and consequentially for us did take the 'shine off' what was otherwise a superb week.We have stayed in other Aspect Holiday accommodation without these issues. But again, wonderful location.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are so sorry to hear that there were a few issues that had taken the shine off what otherwise sounded like a fantastic holiday. Now being aware of this, and having contacted you to discuss it further, we are fully investigating this and will liaise with the property owner and housekeeper, to resolve these issues. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Tanya, Customer Services

A beautiful property with outstanding views.

Beautiful property with some amazing views. Waking up to the sound and sight of the sea from your bedroom window is just perfect. The location is great and we would most definitely book this property again.

Excellent living space with beautiful views. The only disappointment was the area shown for drying wet suits etc. This needs some work to be useable and is very difficult to access when you have a car parked

Reply from Aspects Holidays

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. When you are staying in the property, fully using all the facilities, you get to experience the property in a different way than we do, so feedback like this is really helpful. We will pass on your comments to the property owner, so that they can consider them for any future improvements. Thanks again and great to hear that you had a nice time here. 2nd time in this apartment, very comfortable, with lovely sea views will be back again in April!

Very comfortable with lovely sea views.

If you want sea views this is the place to go. Great apartment, few minutes walk to beach.

The penthouse is a beautifully presented apartment with spectacular views. Close by lots of interesting places to visit and right on the coastal path. We absolutely loved our break in Praa Sands and would definitely come back!

We were very fortunate with good weather. The unspoilt atmosphere of Praa Sands beach, the local coastal walks and advice on good places to eat were really useful. It was always a pleasure coming 'home' to the flat with its comforts and functionality. We would want to come back again.

amazing views from every room. Fitted to a high standard and very comfortable. You can go truely to sleep with the sound of the sea. Chill out any time of the year.

It's so rare to find a place where all the main rooms have great sea views. I really thought the pictures online had been edited to make them look better - they hadn't! This would be a lovely place to stay any time of year - you never get tired of the view.
