We stayed in treth cottage in perranporth, it's a lovely old cottage with every amenity you will need during your stay, even has a dishwasher, plenty of space and a lovely garden with gate for your 4 legged friends to go mad on. It's position makes it reachable to both the beach and the many shops and pubs locally. So easy to book using aspect holidays.

Excellent location and value for money. Good range of facilities. Very comfortable beds. Loved the shed with lots of beach equipment and toys provided for the whole family.

Treth Cottage is in an ideal position, deceptively larger on the inside than you imagine from the outside views. The garden is a nice spot to relax in (weather permitting). Parking at the rear of the property is perfect. Mind your head in the annex.

Treth cottage didn't disappoint again. It has been our second time staying there and we will definitely book again for the following year. It is quaint and has character. Excellent location. Thanks

Location is the key for this cottage, excellent location close to shops, bars and the beach also a bus stop very close by. Cottage is very comfortable maybe a little tlc is required around the place but it did not spoil my enjoyment of the holiday after all it is an old cottage, parking space at the rear is a little tight especially if the neighbours have visitors, but overall we had a fantastic time, I would recommend this house to anyone but just make them aware of its quirky style.

It's great to read that you had a lovely stay at Treth Cottage, and that you made the most of the central location of the property. We try to market a wide range of properties suiting all different tastes and preferences, but everything should be well maintained.

We are sorry that you found the parking space to be tight for your car, we advertise parking spaces as being suitable for a medium-sized car unless otherwise specified, but always encourage guests to get in touch if they have any questions about parking before their stay. Katy, Customer Services.

Having recently stayed at Treth Cottage, We were very happy with the standard of accommodation The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers etc The kitchen is well equipped ,we particularly liked the ability to use outside washing line and garden space The proximity to the beach and shops is brilliant. The only point I would make is that anyone with mobility issues may find the deep steps in the property a bit problematic, likewise the steep stairs to bedrooms Also the parking space is quite a small turning space - reverse in to make life easier ( but it was very safe and off the road) and also there's the entry to property via kitchen - key code box is on wall there - beware of deep step down into kitchen ?? All in all Treth Cottage is a nice central place to stay ,with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday ?? ??

Thank you for your review; it's wonderful to hear you were very happy during your time at the cottage and made the most of Perranporth's local amenities - how lovely. We do try to highlight on the property description that there are some steep stairs, including the step into the kitchen, and so we are sorry if this was not what you had expected. As you have mentioned, some may not find this suitable if they have mobility issues, which is why we try to be as open and honest about this so they can decide for themselves before booking. While most guests have no issue parking, we would always advise to take caution when doing so although we're sure you would agree, having the bonus of free parking without the hassle of having to drive through the busy town is very beneficial. We are glad this did not affect you in anyway and we hope we will welcome you back very soon. Phoebe, Customer Services

Great place and a great stay - would definitely recommend. But depending on your vehicle, parking may be tight at the rear of the cottage.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are so pleased you had a lovely stay at Treth Cottage. Unfortunately many of Cornwall's roads and streets were not made with today's traffic and parking needs in mind, so some spaces can be a little tight for larger cars. We hope you agree it is still a massive advantage having an allocated parking space to return to at the end of the day. Katy, Customer Services.

An excellent space, very close to the beach, clean, comfortable and brilliant value for money.

A very cold damp kitchen in colder months. Beds comfortable though. I would bring my duvet in future as I hate winter duvets. Tho I doubt I'd book this cottage again. Parking out the back of cottage for one car. Try not to look at next door as it looks like a breakers yard. Engine parts, tyres, wheels amongst many. It is a shame as the cottage could be great.

Reply from Aspects Holidays

We are sorry that you found the kitchen to be cold and damp during your stay. Due to our location on the coast, traditional cottages are susceptible to damp and condensation due to warm and humid weather conditions. We hope the dehumidifier helped with this. It's a shame that you didn't find the winter duvet to be to your liking. It can be difficult to find linen to suit all preferences, but if you are ever unhappy with something please don't hesitate to get in touch at the time and the local team will be happy to see what they can do to help. Thank you for your feedback regarding to the next-door property. Unfortunately, this is out of the control of us and Treth Cottage's owner, but we hope this didn't detract from the lovely suntrap of a south-facing garden. Katy, Customer Services.

Treth cottage is a lovely cottage situated in a prime location. Easy access to the beach and town. The cottage itself has character as a cottage should have. Beams and low ceiling - so becareful to mind your head. I would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone who looking to book a holiday. We will be returning again next year. Thanks Treth cottage and Aspects for a great holiday.

This is a great little cottage full of character. Great location - can walk to shops and beach in under 5 minutes. And you also get to park without needing to drive through the town when it can get busy.
