Holidays in Perranporth

Located on the North coast of Cornwall, Perranporth is famous for its three miles of golden sands. This seaside town is the perfect holiday destination for families, surfers and couples alike.

Situated on the North coast between Newquay and St Agnes, Perranporth is popular for its three miles of golden sand nestled into the rugged coastline. Perranporth has so much to offer: spend your days relaxing on the beach; let the kids run free across the sands; enjoy a picnic in the dunes; learn to surf with the local surf school, or walk the stunning coastal path. All before enjoying dinner at one of the local restaurants, bars or take-aways.

Top tip

Head to The Watering Hole for a post-surf drink!

Though Perranporth has just one beach, you won’t be disappointed! The beach is so vast that, even when it’s busy, you’ll still feel like you have plenty of space. There’s ample room for the kids to run around and they can enjoy playing in the river running down to the sea. With lifeguards during the summer, you can relax knowing you and your family will be safe in the sea.

The beach is also well-regarded as a good spot for surfing, and even if you’re a beginner, you can give surfing a go with the local surf school.

Dogs are also welcomed all year round, though must be kept on leads throughout July and August.
