TERMS AND CONDITIONSPromotion period The Promotion opens at 12 noon on 18th March 2014 and closes at midnight on 11th May 2014. Only entries received after the opening date and before the closing date will be included in the prize draw.
PrizeThere is one (1) prize consisting of a seven night stay for up to seven people plus one child (aged up to 24 months at start of holiday) in Stuart Cottage (1695) arriving on Saturday 12th July and departing Saturday 19th July 2014. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative and by entering you agree to abide by Aspects Holidays Terms and Conditions.
Selection of winnerThe winner will be chosen at random from all entries, no later than 12 noon, 14th May 2014. If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to ‘Cottage Giveaway’ at the address set out below.
EligibilityYou have to be over 18 to enter the competition and have a valid email address.
