Following months of planning, building and a delay due to Covid-19, Aspects Holidays are thrilled that their new office in Hayle is now open. Located on Hayle Business Park, the new head office is a stunning cedar-clad building with its own car park, surrounded by an array of shrubs, grasses and wildlife-friendly flowers. 

The timber-framed building designed by Kast Architects features thousands of individual cedar shingles, each hand placed with precision. The large windows fill the office with natural light, creating a bright and airy workspace for the staff. While the team benefit from a range of fantastic facilities including a large kitchen with dining area, showers and an outside patio area, guests are welcomed into an impressive entrance foyer featuring Kentia palms over 2.5m tall. The site also features electric car charging points, bicycle storage, disabled facilities and a lift.

Commercial Director, Mandy Spencer says “It’s been well over 10 years since we set up our head office in Hayle, after we outgrew our Wharf office in St Ives. Our ever-growing team along with more guests arriving with us every week, meant that it was time for another move, but this time only 150 yards away. Our brand new purpose-built office gives us so much more space, for the Aspects team, as well as our visitors and owners. We have our own car park, a beautiful reception area for our guests when arriving on holiday, and a light and spacious office for our amazing team to work from, so we are all really excited to be here!”

Looking ahead to more ‘normal’ times, Aspects Holidays are excited to welcome more guests to the new building, and hope that they like it as much as the team do!
