A multigenerational family of artists, it’s fair to say that the team behind Morgans Falmouth know a thing or two about art. With views over Customs House Quay and the harbour towards Flushing, the gallery’s light-filled spaces and original features blend with natural materials to create an exceptionally aesthetic, lovingly curated exhibition space.
Artworks are contemporary and span an array of creative mediums (including painting, ceramics, and crafts), and exhibitions focus on Cornish-based creatives, with established artists and emerging talent alike. There are furniture displays by local makers, too.

The Watermens Gallery

Championing originality, North55gallery shares art that provokes thought, emotion, and imagination. Most of the gallery’s collection is abstract oil on canvas paintings, all of which are original. One of Cornwall’s best-known contemporary art galleries, it also showcases prints and jewellery, as well as hosting a range of fantastic exhibitions celebrating the beauty of Cornwall and beyond.
Venture over to browse the collections and keep an eye on its cultural calendar, as the gallery hosts events every three weeks to celebrate creativity and bring people together. The Poly at Falmouth

One of Falmouth’s most important creative spaces, The Poly has been a hub of Cornish culture and innovation since the 19th century. Today, the charity promotes engagement in the arts, sciences, and Cornish history through live events, exhibitions, film screenings, and workshops.
Regular rotating exhibitions fill its multiple gallery spaces, spanning painting, sculpture, photography, and mixed media, while its guild shop champions the work of the local creative community. The Poly is also home to one of the best pottery studios in Cornwall, with regular courses available.

The Old Town Hall Gallery

If you’re looking to browse a wide variety of art and find something unusual or intriguing, The Old Town Hall Gallery houses an excellent collection of works from around the world, from the ancient to the modern.
