This west facing beach is sheltered by high cliffs on either side and even at high tide there’s plenty of room for everyone. Take the coastal path north from Mawgan Porth to head to Padstow, and south to visit Newquay. Pop on your walking shoes and take in the spectacular views as you ramble the South West Coast Path.

What a beautiful house with the most stunning views! Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped and in a fabulous location - everything we could have wished for and more. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch (and by far the best we have ever had). We had a wonderful stay in this gem of a property and will definitely be back. All Decked Out is a purpose built holiday cottage, with wide views over Mawgan Porth bay. It is all well appointed property finished to a high standard. The walk to the beach is partially along a busy road and the return is up a steep hill which should be considered when booking. The property has a secure rear garden which was important as we had a small child in our group. The open plan kitchen/dining living area allowed the family to spend some quality time together. Aspects staff were helpful at all times and information provided made booking and arrival very easy. We had a very pleasant holiday here and would consider booking again.

Fabulous stay at All Decked out. The property is in a great location with fabulous views of the beach. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you could wish for. The welcome hamper was amazing and very well received after a long journey. We would definitely stay again. We loved it.

We stayed at All decked out last week and it was a lovely stay. Aspects had thought of everything, loved the welcome package. The house was very nicely decorated and very clean with beautiful views. We loved having the board games there to play each night too! We will be coming back.

Amazing holiday had by us all (two families with children) at ‘All decked out’. We have arrived home feeling very relaxed from our brilliant week. The indoor spaces are stunning, the double bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds plus fantastic en-suite showers. Would highly recommend.

A great place to relax! Fabulous property which has been decorated beautifully with quality fixtures and fittings, amazing views and so close to a beautiful beach, restaurants and shop for all our requirements. No need to worry about the parking either as everything was on our doorstep! The scones, tea etc were all greatly appreciated after a long drive down to Cornwall. Thank you, we will be returning next year!

Beautiful property with great view of the beach. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Only downside was it was not possible to walk anywhere from the property as it was on a very busy road with no footpath down to the beach, shop and pub, had to drive the 150 yards! Such a shame.

Fabulous property for a very comfortable holiday in the lovely Mawgan Porth. We were amazed at the little details that made this a home from home with some luxuries thrown in too. Absolutely stunning property, so beautifully positioned and equipped for a wonderful holiday. We were so impressed we didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back soon to explore the local area and stay in this fabulous place.
Aspects holidays were so easy to book with. When we found ourselves without a car on the last day and unable to set off home, Aspects were so helpful and very quickly booked us in for another night with no fuss. This took the stress out of what could have been an even more stressful situation.

We loved our stay in this lovely house. Everything was just perfect for us, comfortable, tidy, top equipment and very nice decoration details. We really enjoyed the stunning views. Nice beaches, coastal footpath, top restaurants (Mawgan, Watergate, Padstow) are just around the corner.
