Seaclusion Bude

£459 - £1319
Book

Seaclusion, as its name suggests is set in a quiet cul-de-sac, just under a mile from the beach. This three bedroom detached house is a relaxation haven for surfers, golfers and families with its huge balcony perfect for lazing in the sun or enjoying a quiet drink around the chiminea in the garden. The orginal retro kitchen with parquet floors has all the mod cons so you can cook up a storm or a short amble across the golf course leads you into the town centre where there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

For those in search of the waves there are several beaches close by where you can surf or alternatively take a dip in the tidal seapool. The 18 hole golf course is only a 10 minute walk away where you can practice your swing. Benefitting from private parking, a trip to the nearby villages of Boscastle and Crackington Haven are never far away.

A great place to base yourself for a fantastic holiday. The cake and card on arrival was a fantastic welcome after a long drive - thank you. The house is in a great location, quiet residential road yet close to shops and beaches. All the bedrooms are a great size, the kitchen is very well equipped; a real home from home. I really like that the house is equipped with plenty of family games, books and DVDs. We had a great holiday and will definitely be coming back! Thank you.

Beaches in Bude

Crooklets Beach

At low tide, a large expanse of golden sand is exposed, along with rocky outcrops which are great for rock pooling. The beach can be reached by a short walk over Summerleaze Down or down the hill from the town centre. Crooklets is very popular with surfers, but also perfect for families, with great facilities including a large car park, beach café, skate park, showers, and pubs close by.

Summerleaze Beach

Home of the famous Bude Sea Pool, and only a five minute walk from the centre of Bude, this is a firm favourite among locals and visitors. It’s also great for surfing!

Things to do in Bude

Bude Castle

A castle built on sand! Built around 1830, the castle was formally the home of Victorian inventor Sir Goldsworthy Gurney. It is now a heritage centre with exhibitions about Bude and Sir Goldsworthy Gurney.

Bude Bike Hire

Explore the surroundings of Bude on two wheels. A good selection of bikes are available for hire which suit all ages and most abilities.

Bude Sea Pool

Opened in 1930, this partially man-made tidal swimming pool in the rocks of Summerleaze Beach provides a lovely, safe place to swim when the sea is rough, or when it’s calm! The pool is open all year round, but of course depends on the state of the tide! www.budeseapool.org
