We are delighted to share that Aspects Holidays, which is a part of Sapphire Holidays Limited, has been named one of the UK’s inaugural 2023 ‘Best Places to Work in Cornwall’.

This regional survey and awards program, which is being promoted by Business Cornwall in partnership with Best Companies Group, was designed to identify, recognise and honour the best places of employment in the county of Cornwall. The 2023 ‘Best Places to Work in Cornwall’ list consists of seven companies, all demonstrating high levels of satisfaction across the survey.

Businesses from across Cornwall entered the two-part process to determine the best places to work in the county. The first part of the process consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and their final rankings. 

Aspects Holidays, a local company which has been running for more than 30 years, is delighted to receive this award. Feedback from the survey revealed that they excelled in areas including staff well-being; pay and benefits, including a generous bonus scheme; social activities and events; an inclusive and supportive setting, and a commitment to supporting the local community and environment.
