The Warren

The Warren is a beautifully quiet and quaint spot, yet centrally located and within easy walking distance to the bus and train station. The train station offers pay and display parking which many people holidaying in St Ives opt to use. You are also only a short and gentle walk to Porthminster beach and St Ives town centre.

The Warren is a conservation area and is one of the oldest streets in St Ives so has a lot of character.

Located at the end of the street you will find Lambeth Walk and at low tide you can walk your four legged friend all year round on the beach right down to the end of Smeaton's Pier.

You will also find Blas Burgerworks, which has become legendry in its own right, with locals and visitor alike. They have a green ethos, it's not your average burger joint - absolutely delicious!

Ideal location, everything you need couldn’t fault a thing.

Excellent apartment with wonderful views. Well-equipped kitchen. Settees basic. Great location but stairs difficult as website advises. Maintenance points reported to Aspects were dealt with quickly which was impressive. Would certainly stay there again.

Thank you for your review. We were so pleased to see how much you liked the apartment and fantastic view from the property. We do apologise that you had some maintenance issues during your stay. As in our own homes, these things can occur unexpectedly from time to time, but we know that it can be an inconvenience, so we were glad to be able to put these things right for you during your stay. We were very grateful for you bringing this to our attention. Thanks again for your comments, we hope to see you again soon. Ben, Customer Services

Ideal location for excellent views and access to St Ives. Only drawbacks are car parking, and you need to be able bodied to enter apartment due to outside stairs. But negatives apart we had a great week.

Thank you for your review. Being up 2 flights of external metal stairs and another set of stairs inside, is certainly something to consider, but we hope you agreed that those amazing views more than make up for it. For those considering this property, we include information within our website description and are always happy to answer any queries you might have, to ensure that it is the right property for you. We were sorry that there was an issue with accessing the parking permit upon arrival, but we are glad that Olivia got it sorted out fairly quickly for you. We are so pleased to see that you had a great week and hope to see you again soon. Ben, Customer Services

Really wonderful view. Convenient parking and for bus and train stations and shops and beaches. Spacious well equipped apartment.

Amazing location close to the centre and town with great views of the harbour. Beautifully furnished and comfortable apartment

Very modern and well equipped apartment with excellent views over the harbour enjoyed seal watching through the dining room window.

This apartment would not be suitable for the less mobile as there is a three floor external metal staircase to climb to gain access.

Beautifully clean and modern apartment with amazing views of the harbour. If you can tear yourself away from the windows, you'll find a great open plan kitchen diner which is great for family time, cozy bedrooms and a nice spacious living room. Fabulous location in the Warren, Porthminster Beach to one side and the Town and Harbour to the other. We would definitely return to Blue Mist Apartment. Not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the outside stairs but this is highlighted in the property description.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic location and superb views. Access could be an issue for some but this was mentioned in the description. Lounge could be improved by panoramic window and more comfortable sofas

Thank you for your comments; those views really are spectacular from there, so we are very glad to hear that you enjoyed them. It can be quite difficult to find mattresses and sofas that will suit everyone's taste; everyone being different, but we will most certainly pass those comments on, and keep an eye on guest’s feedback/preferences over the coming months. Thanks again. Tanya, Customer Services

If you are looking for a comfortable property close to the centre and with stunning views then this should be the one for you.

We had a great fortnight at Blue Mist Apartment. The apartment is well fitted out, is in a great position and has superb views (do take a couple of cushions for the bar stools if you want to use them as much as we did!). Simone, Phil & Alfie the Pointer

Lovely accommodation in ideal location with stunning views. Steps to property could be an issue but overall had amazing time

Really good holiday let, with plenty of room, absolutely central for all St Ives has to offer. Great sea views. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Great location and amazing views. A disappointing flat in terms of layout, comfort and storage. A basic badly lit kitchen without enough food storage and inaccessible half depth cupboards under a sloping ceiling. Sitting room downstairs with twin bedroom. Rest of flat upstairs. Uncomfortable sofas in sitting room. Everything just felt a bit basic. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and we really struggled with 3G/4G here too which made it difficult for my daughter to study. Have stayed in much nicer apartments in St Ives.

We were really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with this property. The layout with all the sloped ceilings certainly won't always suit everyone, so we try to highlight these as clearly as possible within the photos, with an indication of the amount of storage and style of decor. Many of the more traditional properties in the centre of St Ives tend to have quirkier layouts, which add to the charm, but it is certainly something to take into consideration. The team here are always happy to help advise and talk through properties in more detail, if you are ever looking to return, so that we can ensure that you book the right property for your parties requirements. Thank you for highlighting the lighting and sofas; this feedback has been passed on to the owner for their consideration and the property owner has since been in contact with BT to try and improve the internet strength across the building. It was great to see that you liked the amazing location of this property and the fantastic views that come along with it, it really is a sight to behold. We hope that we will see you back here in Cornwall again soon. Ben, Customer Services

If you can cope with the stairs, you will be fine. The views are stunning and the décor is really nice. I could sit at the breakfast bar with a glass of wine watching the tide come in and go out again all day....oh hang on, I did!

Beautiful apartment with just the best view of St Ives from both floors. The kitchen has some great stools where you can easily just lose time gazing at the beautiful scenery. Really spacious kitchen and dining area. The property description mentions this but the access would not be suitable for those with mobility issues as it is via a number of stairs. Really great property in an excellent location.

This is an ideal place for a family, perfectly situated for Porthminster Beach and the Town centre.

Light and airy apartment with lovely sea views in an excellent location

The property is in an amazing location. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. We had a great time. Property is well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend.

Brilliant location with fabulous harbour views

What a lovely view of the harbour and out to Godrevy lighthouse. Kept us entertained all day watching the tide going in and out. Spacious, light apartment, perfect for a family of 5 with a dog. We will stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay at The Blue Mist Apartments, prime location some of our family hired the The Blue Mist the same week it was nice that we were all close together.

Wonderful location with excellent views. Parking so convenient. Blue Mist apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.
