Many of our larger town houses are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the centre and these offer ideal family accommodation, many with gardens, something of a rarity in St Ives. If all that shopping and socialising gets too much, you can always get away from it all and relax in the tranquil setting of Trewyn Gardens, a real little haven, tucked away in the heart of the town.
So, for self catering holidays in St Ives with everything on your doorstep, the town is the place to be.

Mrs Dickenson Aug 2021
Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great location … can walk to all beaches etc.
Great views over the harbour from the lounge.
Not ideal for a young family as some noise from the cafe below till around 10pm.

Thank you for your comments. Being in such a fantastic location, you may hear some of the hustle and bustle of the town at times, and sometimes some noise from the busy restaurant below, so we try to make all this clear in the description, as it may not suit everyone. But for those who want to be able to just step out of the door and be right there in the town to enjoy all the amazing beaches, cafes, galleries, restaurants and so on; you don't get much better locations than this. We are glad to hear that you liked it here and hopefully we will see you again soon! Tanya, Customer Services
Robin's nest was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Well situated for the town, beaches and harbour. we would return there again if going to St Ives and would highly recommend it.

Booking our holiday with Aspects was a straight forward experience from start to finish. Our accomodation was top quality and definitely value for money. Will definitely be booking with Aspects again for out next holiday in Cornwall.
Mr Brown May 2021
Had a lovely stay at Robins Nest. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again !
Mrs Deasismont-Bennet May 2021
Super large apartment - smart, modern and central location. Great for adults and mature kids. Probably not ideal for young kids/pushchairs or surfers because of the stairs and no outdoor storage. We've stayed in lots of different holiday rentals - this one is definitely recommended.
Mrs Figura-Hardy Nov 2020
The standard of this accommodation is very high - in particular the cleanliness was impeccable, the staff did an excellent job for which I was grateful. I loved the view out across the bay to the Godrevy lighthouse, the shower room was great - a large shower area with nice rain shower fitting and with a separate hand held attachment too. The king bed and furnishings generally were very comfortable. It was great to have the DAB radio in the kitchen. I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The location in St Ives is excellent. I have no complaints at all, but there are just a couple of small things to be aware of, which naturally go along with the central location of this property. Parking can be a problem - you may struggle to park in the Station car park even at the best of times, so do some research on alternatives to avoid frustration when you arrive. You will get some bass sounds form the music in the bar directly below the apartment in the evenings, which is to be expected, although not too much of an issue especially with mandatory 10pm closing at the time of writing.
Mr Clarke Oct 2020
Fantastic place to stay, all expectations met or exceeded. Would be happy to stay again
Miss Smallman Sep 2020
The only thing missing is a balcony and car park space, but considering the location this obviously isn’t possible. Everything else about the property is superb. Extremely comfortable, centre of the town, fantastic bar below that doesn’t create any unwanted noise, fantastic beds, awesome shower, lovely owners and very easy check in/check out. Even without a balcony there are great views that look out to the pier and the harbour is just around the corner. Would recommend and would 100% stay again.
Mr Walsh Sep 2020
We have just returned from our yearly trip to St Ives with our family. We love St Ives & have used Aspects Holidays on a few occasions. We have never been let down by them and this year was no exception. We stayed at Robin's Nest, an apartment sleeping 9 near to the front. It's a brilliant location and the apartment was excellent with everything we needed. As long as it's available we will definitely be going there again
Mr Golledge Sep 2020
Robins nest was a beautiful, spacious, comfortable place to stay. From the views of the bay to the underfloor heating we felt at home and had everything we needed to cook and spend time together as a family! The apartment was colourful and big enough for us all to have our own space but also be all together! This was one of the best places we have stayed in St.Ives especially for the price also and we’ve been many times. We would defiantly not hesitate to book again in the future for sure!!
Mrs Casey Feb 2020
A superb property in a fantastic location. This property exceeded our expectations in every way and we very much look forward to returning soon.
