Great location with parking which is essential in summer (bit tight getting into the space with an suv). Very clean and comfortable beds, linen was high quality. Owners have upgraded the facilities recently but could do with some additional storage and a upgrade to the kitchen which is fine but to match the rest of the house needs a update.

Thank you for your feedback following your stay at 13 Trenwith Terrace. We know that larger cars may struggle to fit into the parking space, so we try to advertise it as clear as possible that it is suitable for an average-sized vehicle due to the maneuvering required. Your feedback regarding storage and the kitchen has been passed across to the owners of the property to take into consideration for future improvements, and thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments. We hope we can welcome you back to Cornwall again soon. Katy, Customer Services.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely house with great amenities. House felt very warm and welcoming.Close to all St Ives has to offer and the sea views were welcome. Directions for arrival were spot on. Would recommend staying here.
Mrs Pugh Jan 2024
Stayed here three times over the past few years brilliant location but unfortunately for us we now have limited mobility and the walk up and down the slight incline is to much along with the steep stairs in the property so it’s with regret that we won’t be able to use this excellent property again.

Excellent location, easy access to all local facilities. Good property standard with parking for one car. One bathroom.
Mr Burton Jun 2023
Excellent location, with the added bonus of a parking space.
Mrs English May 2023
Fully equipped even down to washing up liquid and tea towels. Really enjoyed the teas and coffee from the welcome pack and the pasties from the butchers were AMAZING. Perfect for a holiday with the dog and nearly 6 month old baby. Great location 5/10 mins from the town and short walk to the harbour front and multiple beaches.
Mrs Turner May 2023
Property is perfect for a visit to St Ives. Everything is close by. Can recommend the local butchers who make really good Cornish pasties, best we tried in fact, and we tried quite a few…..
Mrs Kelly Oct 2022
Holiday home was great for what we needed Parking was a weight off our shoulders Would definitely use aspects again
Mr Foyle Aug 2022
The house is perfectly located for walking into the town easily and parking is ideal. House is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and maintained. Not our first time of staying here and won’t be our last, we have had so many special holidays here making family memories together. The welcome package is a lovely touch and the amenities provided are definitely an added bonus.
Would definitely recommend.
Mrs Hughes Feb 2022
Lovely house, comfortable and well decorated, plus parking space a bonus in St Ives! Great position, town and beaches within a few minutes walk. Aspects staff brilliant, very helpful with any queries, nothing too much trouble.
Miss Preston Jan 2022
13 Trenwith is a beautiful property, ideally located with a parking space which is such a bonus. The property was well presented with everything you needed and extremely comfortable. We will be returning.
Mrs Gilliatt Dec 2021
A lovely, cosy home from home, in a great location, with the added bonus of a parking space just outside the front door. We really enjoyed our holiday at No 13 and appreciated the cleanliness of the property on our arrival. The treats that were left by the owner were enjoyed very much, thank you.
Mr Turner Nov 2021
Great property, perfect for our family of 4 plus dog. This was our third time staying so we obviously love it. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the location is perfect. Not too far to walk to be in the mix of St Ives. The car parking space is a bonus. It is a bit tight to drive into but after some practise was no problem at all.
Mrs Crowle Nov 2021
Stayed in this property a few years ago the location is perfect, car parked outside your door is a bonus. Welcome package was very useful, cup of tea or wine when you get there! Will definitely stay here again. Aspects Holidays have a office in town so any problems, not that there was any, just go there.
Mrs Simm Oct 2021
Lovely house with an excellent location with the added bonus of a parking space. Only a 5 minute walk to St Ives sea front. House was lovely and clean with everything you need and a lovely welcome gift as an added extra for both humans and the dog. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
Mrs Edwards Oct 2021
We had a fantastic stay at 13 TT! Location was great, house was fantastic and St Ives was as good as always! King size bed in the master bedroom was so comfy! Goose feather duvet and pillows, a real luxury. Amenities were very useful, everything you need to self cater! Bottle of wine on arrival, vouchers for a pasty and milk in the fridge! No issues with this house and we would highly recommend it 5*. Aspects are always very helpful and make you feel at home! Thank you!
Mr Johnson Sep 2021
Great location, great house, great parking space! WiFi, Dishwasher! What more could you want in St Ives? …. We even ordered the sunshine and it did not disappoint!! Thank you Aspects!

Mrs McDonald Oct 2020
A fabulous holiday, good location, easy walking distance. Watch out for the seagulls as my daughter was attacked by three for an ice cream. Social distancing rules ignored... don't forget the mask and have a fab holiday! Aspects we have have been with you for 20 years now... keep up the good work and stay safe in the new challenging times.
Mr Trafford Sep 2020

Unfortunately the seagulls do tend to ignore the social distancing rules, especially if there is an ice cream, chips, or pasty on offer! They tend to leave you with the cone, or the bag, just as a reminder of what lovely treat you could have been eating ;-) We are so happy that you have continued to book with us over the last 20 years and delighted to hear that you have enjoyed another fab holiday here (despite the ice cream incident)! Hopefully see you again soon. Tanya, Customer Services
Very pleasant stay at Trenwith Terrace. The location is very good and quite close to shops. It is about 10-15 minute walk to harbour front. The house has everything you need for your holiday with children, our 3 year old managed fine although we always bring our own toys just in case.
Mrs Edgar Aug 2020
What an amazing property! Excellent location and everything you coukd possibly need was provided. We had such a brilliant holiday and it really felt like home from home.
Miss Russell Aug 2020
Superb setting for our short break. We really appreciated the Christmas decs and provision for little ones. Beds were really comfortable! Thank you, we would love to come again.
Mrs Partridge Dec 2019
A great cottage for a family stay in st ives! Everything you need for a young family is provided and the house is very confortable to stay in and has a parking space which was so useful! Great location as only takes 5-10mins to get to the harbour or beach and not too close to the centre so you dont get disturbed in the evenings. We had a lovely holiday staying here!
Mrs Bailey Aug 2019
We absolutely loved our stay at 13 Trenwith Terrace. The house is full of character and very nicely decorated and we really appreciated the welcome pack! It's in a fantastic location, a very short walk (2 minutes) gets you into town and the walk back was not too steep either! We came down by train and didn't miss the car at all. We hope to stay again next time we're in St Ives
Mrs Newman Jun 2019
Lovely house in beautiful location. Only a five minute walk into St Ives town. Bedrooms are lovely and well furnished. The attic bedroom has great views of the sea. I would mention the steps up to the attic bedroom are quite steep so people with mobility issues may find these a problem. Also as mentioned in previous reviews the car park space is quite awkward to get into, however we were able to park our 4x4 with a bit of manoeuvring. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
Mrs Tonks May 2019
What a lovely house, very bright and clean throughout, it really did feel like a comfortable and relaxed home-from-home. The top bedroom has great views and is very airy, however the stairs to it are very narrow so maybe not great if you're not good on your feet. The other two bedrooms are also a good size and again, bright and airy, just without the sea view. The living/dining room was very comfortable, and it was good to have digital TV. The kitchen's really quaint and had quite a cottage feel about it. The location is great, just up from the cinema, so less than a ten minute walk to the sea front. The parking space was good, right in front of the cottage so loading and unloading was very simple. We also really appreciated the bowl and treats for our dog, as well as the welcome treats for us :-)
Mr Newman May 2019
We loved the property and loved visiting St.Ives for the first time. St. Ives went beyond our expectations and the property did as well. It was simply but beautifully decorated and maintained, very clean, we felt welcome with the coffee, tea, milk and scones, clotted cream and jam upon arrival, it was a really nice touch! it was well located with easy access to all amenities, having all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, to make cooking easy. The rooms were brigthly lit, fresh, beds were comfortable, bed linen clean and fersh, we had towels for everyone, bathroom was also beautifully done up, we loved the painted deep blue wooden floor. We also loved the pictures on the walls with the seaside theme. We were chuffed, as everything worked well and Aspects-holidays were magnificent when dealing with us needs! We hope to come back!
Dr Sauma Apr 2019
Great accommodation, location, parking a real bonus. Nice welcome of cream tea and wine. Would recommend to family and friends.
Mrs Spicer Mar 2019
Absolutely love this house, we have stayed 3 times now and no doubt will stay again, brilliant location, close to the town but without having to navigate the town centre when busy, love that it has parking right outside the door Decoration feels cosy and homely while feeling like holiday Well equipped for adults and children, my little ones love the toys and great to have safety gates Linen and towels are of a high standard and house is always lovely and warm but also noticed fans for when it’s warm in the summer
Overall a fabulous place to stay
Mrs Hughes Feb 2019
A lovely property, beautifully decorated, ideally located just a short walk into the town. Quiet, despite being a terrace. Dog friendly though nowhere secure immediately outside for the dog. The second floor bedroom is accessed by steep narrow stairs that could be precarious for the elderly or infirm. That said, lovely view of the sea from the top of the house. We stayed in January and all was cosy and warm. We would stay here again.
Mrs Irvine Jan 2019
Good location for the short walk into St Ives center. The house had everything you would expect and required. We enjoyed our stay once again in St Ives. The only downside I could foresee is if you were a family of 4 or 6 staying here as there is just the 1 bathroom available.
Mr Redfern Dec 2018
This is a fabulous house with everything you would want including a car parking space at the front of the property,
Mrs Hulstone Oct 2018
Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable, in very good location, however be aware of a tight driveway leading to the parking space. I would definitely recommend to people with smaller cars (we had Nissan Quasquai).

Thank you for your really helpful feedback; it was great to hear how much you liked it at 13 Trenwith Terrace. Whilst the parking space itself is plenty big enough for the advertised 'average' car, as a result of your comments about the access to the space, we have amended the description slightly, just to help highlight this better. Thanks again. Tanya, Customer Services
A lovely cottage with the added bonus of parking outside the door . Very family friendly , games , puzzles , dvds, wii and toy box to entertain the children . Great kitchen utensils. Such comfy beds and beautifully decorated bedrooms . Fab location for town , and all beaches. Would definitely stay again .
Mrs Morris Jul 2018

Mr Francicy Jun 2018
Comfortable, well equipped, good welcome package.

The property is located on an incline so be mindful of this if you have any walking difficulties.
