Overlooking St Ives harbour from an elevated position, 1 Fernlea Court offers a high standard of contemporary open plan accommodation. The property also has the added benefit of a large decked terrace with garden furniture and superb views of the harbour and bay, as well as an allocated parking space, just a short walk away.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A NEARBY PROPERTY IS HAVING A LARGE RENOVATION PROJECT CARRIED OUT UP UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2022. MOST OF THIS IS NOW INTERNAL WORK AND NOT CAUSING ANY DISTURBANCE, BUT THERE WILL BE A FEW WEEKS WHERE THEY WILL BE WORKING EXTERNALLY AND COMPLETING THE EXTENSION. St. Ives is wonderful town and so much to offer. However, it is very popular and extremely busy at times. The apartment is lovely and is exactly as it is described. Very nice location but please be aware that if you have mobility problems this apartment might not be for you. Great views of the town and bay. Nice terrace outside but can be quite breezy and only sunny in the evening and early morning.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with lovely views. The bedroom was right at the back of the apartment and with no direct window, we didn't hear any noise at night, which was great. We would be happy to stay here again. We weren't really bothered by the building work nearby as we were out for most of the day anyway.

The property is in an excellent location which is a short walk to the wharf with excellent views looking down across St Ives Bay/Wharf. The property furnishings and cleanliness where to a high standard and i would highly recommend this property. We had a great time there and i would stay there again in the future. There is also a parking space just a short walk away available at an extra cost which is ideal as there is not much available parking when its busy Thanks to Aspects for their outstanding service

The view from this property is breathtaking and although it is conveniently located to the harbour, shops, bus and railway station it is also very quiet and peaceful. The availability of the car parking space was a necessity this year and is close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return.

I Fernlea Court is fairly small, but the creative use of the space works really well. The kitchen is well equipped, the walk-in shower is large and powerful, but the best feature for me was the sumptuous bed which adds a real touch of luxury. So comfortable it was a struggle to get up in the morning! Great to have the outside space and view of the harbour area too.
I'd like to say a special thank you to Sarah and Sue from the Aspects office for their help in arranging my break in such short notice (1 day!!). They recommended suitable properties and made sure I had all the information I needed for a hassle free, relaxing stay. Great customer service like this makes such a difference, so I'll definitely be using Aspects again and will heartily recommend!

This is a well equipped apartment, with the town just a short stroll away, excellent location for visiting all 3 beaches.
The view from the balcony is awesome overlooking the harbour.
There is quite a steep hill walking down to shops and beeches, I would recommend flat shoes for walking on the cobbles

This is the fourth year that I have stayed at this lovely property and opened the curtains every morning to a breathtaking view. It is located in a quiet and peaceful location but is also conveniently located to all the shops and harbour area. The property has everything that you need during your stay. Once again I had an outstanding holiday and i’m already missing lovely St Ives and counting the days until next year

There is everything you will need at this property which is conveniently located to the town, beaches and car park. I have previously stayed at other properties in St Ives but this is the 3rd year in a row that I have stayed here and would not want to stay anywhere else. The view from here over the harbour and St Ives town is amazing and priceless. I will return next year and as always, wish I could stay even longer.

1 fernlea court is an amazing place to stay. It has the most picturesque views over the harbour and sea. The apartment is very well decorated and spacious and has everything you could need for your stay in st Ives, Cornwall. It has the most comfy bed going, which is very welcoming after a long day visiting the countryside and beach. The location is superb, as you're about a 5 minute walk from the harbour and all the shops and restaurants. Its ideal for two people. Thank you. We have had a really lovely week staying here and will definitely return.

Great little place. Better for two than four but would be ok if family and not friends. Brilliant location right near the centre and great views from the deck. Has some steep stairs to access. But the hill up from town isn't so bad considering it's st Ives. Would definitely return there again.

Excellent location and very comfortable accommodation. Everything you could think of is supplied. The TV in the bedroom was a nice touch and the optional parking space meant that you had easy access to your car, if required, without having to try and find a car parking space on your return. Accommodation is also very quiet whilst being located close to shops, beach, bus and train station. I will be back!
