Neap Tide offers extremely well-equipped first floor accommodation for couples who are looking to book a stay on the quieter side of town, but only a couple of minutes' walk from the town centre and Porthminster Beach, with its renowned beach cafe. The apartment offers beautiful sea views across the bay and over Porthminster. You also have the added bonus of your own private parking space, so you can explore all that West Cornwall has to offer. But being so close to the bus and rail stations, it's ideal for those not wishing to use their cars. Simply a great choice for couples looking for a relaxing holiday!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Neap Tide at the beginning of October. I recorded a video from the minute we stepped in the door, and I have already shared it with friends and family along with Aspect holidays details! The apartment is light airy very tastefully furnished, and so well stocked "nothing" has been missed. We own a 5 star B&B in Scotland and have been in the industry for 16yrs, so we tend to notice even the smallest detail. We have decided if we are ever lucky enough to come back to St Ives, only Neap Tide will do. Thanks for the memories.

Great position overlooking Porthminster beach. The property was clean, neat and tidy with the kitchen area being well stocked with crockery and utensils etc. We had a great stay - so handy for the town centre, bus station, train station and parking spot provided as well. We will come again.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cornwall staying at neap tide. Be warned though parking is very difficult To say the least. But the apartment and St. Ives were well worth it

We try to provide as much parking information as we can to make manoeuvring into the space as easy as possible, and we do recommend reversing into the space each time for ease. We are glad you agree that having an allocated parking space is definitely worth it as parking can be difficult to come across in St Ives, especially in peak periods. Katy, Customer Services.
Neap Tide is perfect for couples to relax and unwind looking at great views of porthminster beach. The apartment itself is finished to a good level and is spotlessly clean. We really really didn’t want for nothing.Parking is always a bonus in St.ives but is quite tight. Would definitely stay again.
