Fantastic Location - and wow what a view!!

Sep 2019

We had a lovely stay at Little Gem and was a great find for a last minute holiday! It was a little smaller than expected (and more stairs than i anticipated!) but we had everything we needed and such a fantastic location. We really appreciated the treats for the adults and colouring books and crayons for the children. The passes to the local hotel swimming pool was a great idea for wet days, as were the amazing selection of board games for the children. Thank you!

Sep 2019

Little Gem was perfect for our stay - the main area was larger than we expected and the velux window was amazing. The decor suited us perfectly and we were impressed with how it had been designed to fit everything in. The location was good and an easy walk into the centre of St Ives. Would stay again.

Aug 2019

We were pleasantly surprised by Little Gem. Although a bit smaller than we thought, it contained all that we needed for a 6 night stay. It was sparkling clean upon arrival. We were spoilt with a small container of fresh milk and a box of cookies, which were a welcome treat after a long drive, and the children each received a colouring book and pencils. The lounge was well stocked with games and DVDs for rainy days. The kitchen seemed brand new, with an oven and ovenware that were also sparkling clean. All equipment was modern. We struggled a bit with the kettle, though, who seemed to leak a bit upon each use. We found nice extras such as a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and clothes drying rack, which weren't mentioned on the website. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The lounge has a lovely window which opens up to a very impressive view over the bay. The location is just perfect: close to almost everything and a short walk to the surfer's beach, but still peaceful and quiet. We definitely recommend this to a family of 4 or less.
