The view out to sea from the living room/ kitchen is lovely and meant we didn’t mind some time in when it rained during our stay. The terrace and garden are really nice. The apartment is quiet and the bedrooms can be made dark for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The parking bays are on the narrower end but the bay adjacent wasn’t occupied during our stay and even if it had been I don’t think it would have been too much of a problem.

Easy to book, lovely welcome package

The apartment is conveniently located to explore St Ives without having to rely on a vehicle which is why we selected it for our 6 night stay in September. The walk into St Ives took us around 10 minutes and the same to nearby Porthminster beach and train station. It goes without saying that there are plenty of hills and steps to negotiate! The apartment itself is well equipped and was superbly clean, with a few essential items supplied for us on arrival which was a nice touch. We found the location to be quiet during our stay and the on site parking is a real bonus. There is also a lovely view from the lounge and terrace across to Godrevy. We will certainly be back and happy to recommend this apartment. Thank you Aspects!

The property is ok the parking is a bit of a tight squeeze as is the main bedroom , the bathroom needs some attention and improved lighting

All parking spaces are based as being suitable for cars that are VW Golf size, so for those with vehicles any larger than this, we always recommend contacting the team to check on suitability. Great accommodation for our needs, lovely bright decor, looked fresh and clean. The rainfall shower was a nice surprise! Well set out and space used wisely. Shared terrace was large enough to not affect privacy too much. Grounds were well kept and nice to look at. Very close to the town and beach. Lovely touch of the welcome pack with Cornish tea and goodies. Only possible downside was the parking is rather tight and some people might struggle to park especially if they have a large car. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Unfortunately, coastal towns around here in particular are quite limited on parking, so we include details in our literature to advise that many properties are not able to provide larger spaces for the ever-increasing size of vehicles, so customers must ensure that where an allocated space is provided, their vehicle will fit in it. We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Rosemorran apartments. It was close to St Ives (about a 10 min walk) and we enjoyed walking to and from town and the beach twice a day. Worth noting - it's hilly on the way back but this didn't bother us at all. We have an 18 month old and the large garden was just perfect for when we would come back from town. He could run around and burn lots of energy. The apartment had all the basics you need and the parking was a bonus (although very tight if you have cars parked either side and we only have a small car). It could do with a new TV (a Smart TV) so that at night you can stream Netflix. We also sat outside to eat if we were eating in the apartment as it's much nicer than the dining room inside which is in a dark hallway.

Fantastic location, with on site parking, short walk into St Ives, took us about 8 minutes down the hill and down the steps.

Arrived to find Tea, coffee & milk provided, which is a great touch, as we didn’t need to rush to the shops.

Lovely grounds, well maintained, nice patio area for eating outside or having an evening drink.

All rooms good size, very comfortable. Didn’t use the Dining table, we used the outside table and chairs, as the weather was fantastic

Nice stay, bit of an uphill walk with small kids and a pushchair but otherwise the apartment served us well

The apartment was very good. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and the tea, coffee, sugar and milk when we arrived was a nice surprise.

The nearest beach Porthminster is about 15 minute walk down steep hills. It was good not to have to take the car but returning might be a problem for older holidaymakers. We used A1 taxis who were very good.

Being in such a fantastic location, sitting above the town to make the most of some nice sea views, and enjoying a much quieter setting than being right in the town centre, does involve an uphill walk back to the property after a day at one of the stunning beaches of St Ives. The walk may not be suitable for everyone, but we are glad that you agree is worth it! For those that are not so keen on the walk, as well as the taxi service, some prefer the shorter and less challenging stroll to the leisure centre where there is a bus service that runs most of the year down into the town. Good location for St ives and the harbour. Good views also.

Nice apartment with parking. Apartment is near a bus stop by the leisure centre that goes into town every 10 minutes for a pound.

Very comfortable apartment not far to beach and shops hard to walk back though as it has very steep hills although you can catch a bus back.

The apartment is ok. it had parking and garden. The bed was very comfortable however I would not book again. The terrace is not very private we had plenty of people walking past our door and there was one table and two chairs for a 4 bed flat? inside the dining table is in the natural light so nowhere nice to eat. The hall is also very light at night due to light coming in from the communal hallway, which appeared to have no switch. The kitchen is well equipped but extremely small. For the money it's very disappointing although the welcome pack was excellent.

Not every property will suit everyone, so we are always here to help advise and offer recommendations to ensure that you book a property that meets all your requirements and expectations. Unfortunately, the garden and terrace will not offer complete privacy as it is a communal garden. We try to ensure that this is as clear as possible within the description, so we are sorry if this was not what you had expected. There had been more than 2 chairs out there though, so the property team have been informed, so that they can discuss this with the property owner. We have also amended the description to now state dining area as opposed to dining room. Whilst it is a separate area and provides adequate space and facilities for dining, we would not want to give a false impression of its size or it being a purpose built reception room, so thank you for highlighting this. We loved our stay at 3 Rosemorran apartments, it was our cosy family base to return to after a busy day exploring the town. A steep walk back from town, but great exercise or you can grab a taxi at the local rank for a few pounds.

Excellent accommodation , well equipped and very comfortable. Another plus was being able to park your car safely. Remember to bring sensible walking shoes !!

Would highly recommend Aspects. The website is very easy to navigate and the live chats are very useful! Nothing was too much trouble and response time from the Aspects team is very quick. The small touches were very kind. The description of the property was accurate and the property was spotlessly clean.

Cornwall was everything we hoped and read it would be. We chose Aspects because of the reviews we read and the convenient location. Our Aspects flat didn’t disappoint! It was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. We would definitely use their properties again.
